Chapter 30

The three hung around in the back of the ship Ezra flipping a coin between his fingers "the words you're looking for are thank you." Saw said looking to them making Ezra sigh "we appreciate the save, Saw." He said standing up looking to the older man "we turned the worst-case scenario into the best." He said with a grin and a fist pump "yeah, well, technically we just disobeyed orders by blowing up that relay." Ezra said getting close to Sabine "following orders will only get you so far. Then you have to take control of your destiny." Saw said making Sabine scoff "yeah, like when we hit the empire hard on Mandalore." She said crossing her arms "I heard about that. It's exactly why I need your help." He said making Ezra and Sabine to share a look all while Crow raised a brow "you need our help?" The Awoken man asked pushing off the wall as Saw activated a hologram of a station making the three interested "this is Foas Station. I recently acquired intel on a secret imperial cargo being loaded aboard a civilian freighter there." Saw said making Sabine raise a brow as she got closer "what cargo?" She asked as the three ghosts popped out curious to what was happening "a superweapon?" Suggested Sam "new type of accurate weapon?" Geralt inputed "a spy?" Glint suggested making the three nod in agreement with Crow's ghost "remember Geonosis?" Saw asked making the Mando and hunter raise a brow "the empire wiped out a whole population because they were building something. Something they've hidden away. I never stopped looking for it." Saw explained "what have you found?" Sam asked "just rumors. Whispers. But they all led me to that cargo ship." Saw said making the three confused "so what do you want from us?" Sabine asked making the ghosts tilt in curiosity "you two and those droids of yours are good at infiltrating imperial bases. And I just saved your lives." Saw explained making Ezra nod in understanding "so what you're saying is that we owe you one." Ezra said with a smirk looking to the man "your choice. You can go back to rebel command and run Mon Mothma's errands. Or you can help me do something that might actually matter." Saw said making the three look to each other than back "there are only two things hunter's respect." Ezra said stepping forward "Cloaks, the rules of claiming items, and settling debts." Crow said stepping forward making Sabine stepped forward "you have me as well." She said as Chopper gave a chirp of protest "sorry, Chopper. You're outvoted." Ezra said putting his helmet back on "we might make them into real rebels yet." Saw said looking back to the pilot who spoke in his native language then laughed.

Timeskip

The crew came out of hyperspace near their target Sabine and Ezra looked out one of the windows "are you sure we're at the right place? This looks like a civilian cargo facility. I don't see any signs of the empire at all." Sabine elaborated looking on the facility Ezra couldn't help but agree "that's what they want everyone to think. Hiding it in plain sight. Take us in. Merchant platform." Saw said his pilot obliged saying somethingin his language before bringing them closer "lot of droids down there. Hey, Chopper, come here." Sabine started pulling out one of her spray paint equipments "you're gonna need a new paint job." She finished pressing the trigger spraying out some paint.

A little later...

The five exited moving forward the hunter had his armor transmoged into his orange luxe gear whilst Crow's outfit included the mask he once wore during the skirmish with Caitl Chopper chirped from the ship making the team turn "oh, stop complaining. I kinda like it better than the orange." Sabine said as the droid grumbled and moved forward in his new yellow finish the teamed moved forward into a hangar "that's Freighter 2716." Saw said moving forward towards a red crate "and here's our way onboard." He said climbing ontop the three followed "sneaking onboard in a cargo container? We're familiar with this strategy." Ezra said climbing inside via the hole ontop the others followed inside as Chopper pulled the container along.

A little later

The container top opened and Sabine came out looking around landing on the floor near Chopper as Ezra and Crow followed suit Saw was the last out activating his comm "the tracker is activated keep this channel open. I'll transmit coordinates when we're ready for pickup." Saw said as they moved forward "well, normal cargo hold. Nothing looks out of the ordinary." Sabine said Ezra and Crow's head darted in another direction "you hear that?" Ezra asked Crow gave a nod "sounds like... singing." The Awoken man said Sabine took off her helm trying to listen better "I don't hear anything." She said making the two shake their heads "these containers are filled with high quality construction compounds l. Materials used to build the imperial navy." Saw said excitedly moving to the other side "these materials could have come from Corellia or any other planet with shipyards." Sabine countered "yeah, it's not exactly a secret cargo." Ezra added looking to the man "there are more holds to search." Saw said moving forward Sabine put on her helmet as the three hunters followed into one of the main hallways "get back!" Saw whispered holding out a hand the looked in the direction he was looking to see two storm troopers "imperial troops aboard a civilian freighter? You might be onto something after all." Sabine said making Saw nod "they're guarding something." He said as they moved forward quietly but quickly "your droid should check the cargo manifest." Saw said looking back Ezra gave a nod "you heard him, Chop." He said Chopper did as he was told inserting his tool and getting info he chirped out what he knew "there's an imperial military shuttle in hold 12." Ezra translated as Sam popped out "okay, this ship is more than it seems." She said as Saw looked to them "find out where we're going." He ordered the droid twirled his tool getting that info and chirped "Tonnis sector? That's just empty space out there. No settlements or stations." She informed making the old freedom fighter chuckle "the perfect hiding place." Saw said making Ezra shrug "or just a rendezvous point." The added as Chopper chirped "uh, guys, Chopper says Cargo Bay 17 is a restricted area." Sabine informed "So that's where we go next." Saw said leading them forward past a couple troopers then down a corridor on the left "here it is. Cargo Bay 17." He said stopping at the door his pistol ready "Careful, or you'll alert the whole ship." Ezra said making Saw look to him "you got a plan?" He asked making the hunter shrug "I've got a droid." He said making the four look to Chopper who gave a chirp.
