(Modern) Zenistu x F! reader - Haunted house!

"AIIIEEEE YOU WANT TO GO WHERE?!" Zenistu yelled in fear, as Tanjiro just asked him if he wanted to go to a haunted house. "Come on! It'll be fun! We're gonna stick together." Y/n said, trying to convince him. He took a good look at her, "Wait. Your going?" He asked, pointing at Y/n.

"Yea.. Nezuko insisted I go so I'm coming with them." He paused for a second and smiled. "Okay fine! I'll go!" He put his hands on his hips as to seem confident. "Awesome! We have everyone else in the car. Let's go." Y/n said, walking off with Tanjiro. Zenistu followed behind them.

"Who all is going?" Zenistu asked, she looked back and slowed down so she was walking beside him. "Well im going, and Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inoske, and Kanao." "Oh ok." He says and quietly follows them. Tanjiro gets into the front seat and starts up the car.

Nezuko is sitting up front in the middle with her bread in her mouth as always. Kanao was sitting in the passenger seat. Inoske was sitting in the back, and he smiled when he saw the two get in. "ZEMPAKO! Y/N! HI!!" He giggled as Zenistu hesitated to sit in the middle. Y/n sat beside Zenistu, closing the door.

"Okay Tanjiro! Were all here." He nodded and started to drive off.

As they arrived, Y/n noticed that Zenistu already looked scared. Y/n looked at the building, it was an old mansion that a group of people rented for a giant haunted house. It looked impressive.

Tanjiro parked near the front and they all stepped out. "Wow! This looks fun!" Tanjiro said, as Nezuko hummed in response as she walked beside him. Kanao walked on the other side of Tanjiro, not saying anything. Inoske was giggling and shouting about the mansion, "WOAAAAH! THIS LOOKS SO COOL!!" he shouted.

Zenistu flinched and hid behind Y/n, who was in the middle of the two. "Why is he so loud?" Zenistu's whispered loudly. Y/n shrugged as the group approached the entrance. Before they went in, a lady stopped us at the entrance. "Alright! Before you go in, i'd like to lay down some rules!" As she talked, Inoske wasn't paying attention.

Y/n got annoyed and grabbed his arm, and pulling him towards her. "Shut it." Is all she said, and he kept quiet. Zenistu snickered slightly as Inoske's sudden fear.

The lady continued talking,"Alright! Last thing! You guys are going to split up into groups of two! So Find your partner and we'll send you in one at a time!" She smiled.

Tanjiro was with Kanao, Inoske insisted he was going with Nezuko. Because she was his 'Best friend'. So the only two left were Y/n and Zenistu.

The first two groups were let in, and Y/n and Zenistu stood outside, waiting to be let in.

"Uh... why are we doing this again?" Zenistu said, shaking. Y/n slowly became nervous as well. "It's gonna be fun!" She insisted, but also doubting herself.

"Alright! You two can enter!" The lady smiled, opening the large wooden doors, the creaked loudly as they opened. Y/n looked at Zenitsu and back ahead. "Go!" Zenistu said, pushing her in. Y/n walked forward, letting him hold onto the back of her hoodie.

The doors slammed behind them.

"AAAAAHAAAA!" Zenistu screamed, Y/n just flinched and froze. Already Zenistu was shook like he was jello. Y/n slowly started to walk, Zenistu still holding onto her like life or death.

As the walked the dark hallways, barely lit by lamps that hung on the walls. The wooden floor boards creaked below them as the traversed the hall. Someone jumped out from a hall closet and yelled. The two of them screamed and held onto eachother. The actor slowly crawled back into his closet, laughing like a maniac.

Y/n slowly walked forward, now latching onto Zenistus sleeves. They walked side by side, Y/n now feeling slightly scared, but also having enough confidence to walk forward.
