Third-person POV

You turned your attention to the tv and waited for the news to come on. You had to sit down before your knees gave out. The headline you had been waiting for flashed across the screen. You already knew everyone would make a big fuss when they found out but that didn't ease your distress about everyone's views on the matter.

You felt arms wrap around your torso from behind. Natasha rested her head in the crooked of your neck so she could whisper in your ear.

"Why don't we go do something else? Tony's working down in his garage, why don't we go see what he's doing?"

You sighed but let your girlfriend lead you down to where Tony was working.

"Hey!" Your boyfriend greeted you when he saw you both. He noticed your sullen expression and stopped tweaking the engine he was Currently working on to check if you were ok. "I'm assuming it's out isn't it?"

All you could do was nod your head in response. Tony pulled you and Nat into a hug.

"Hey, it doesn't matter what they think. We're happy together and the media's close-minded opinions shouldn't change that." he placed a kiss on you and Nat's heads.

"Precisely," Natasha pulled out of the hug but still kept an arm around your waist for comfort. "In fact, we should be celebrating that we don't have to hide anymore! Now that the news is finally out, all three of us can go out on a proper date!"

"Actually that reminds me, we have dinner reservations at 6:00." Tony informed you both.

"Well then I guess I better go get ready." you ran off to go do your hair and makeup.
