After the results, things changed, Nick was less stressed out and worried about being a father and losing Raidyn. He still hadn't decided on doing something other than sitting around the house doing nothing, or hanging out with Chris and AJ. In the months of October and November his father had called him constantly, but Nick never called back. He had refused to be part of his fathers campaigning, never giving the exact reasons why.

Raidyn had officially moved whatever things she had at her mother's house into Nicks and he was more than delighted about the idea. Their relationship was at a good point, they talked for hours, went out to dinner, he picked her up like usual from work and they spent long nights with each other.

Raidyn was doing well at work, neck and neck with Stephanie; they were top tellers at the branch. She continued to taunt Raidyn any chance she had, but she didn't let it get to her. Adam was still on his vacation, which made work for her much more comfortable. She was slightly happier with herself, so making herself vomit and taking pills had been minimized.

AJ had stayed mostly clear from Nick's house and when he did come over, Beth was always clinging to his arm and Mia was hiding in her bedroom. It was more than obvious that twosome were in a certain amount of disappointment and pain over the paternity results. He claimed that the wedding with Beth was all set and ready to go for Valentine's Day and he wasn't changing his mind.

As for Mia she was in a lot of emotional pain, and the change in her body was really bringing her down. She spent the days nagging at herself, crying, and angry at everyone. Her belly was now very visible even though she was only four and a half months. Everyone always worried about her, the day that Ernie and Maria had stopped by to visit her she was instantly in tears and had closed herself in the bathroom for hours until they were gone.

The holidays were around the corner, and Raidyn couldn't help but worry about the families coming together. She sighed as she pulled on her jeans "What about your family? Do they visit you for the holidays?" Raidyn asked, sticking her head into her V neck sweater.

Nick snickered "You wouldn't want my family here Ray...believe me. I might invite Angel to come down for a while though." quickly he changed the subject "Have you checked on Mia...?" he asked buckling his dark blue jeans.

"No, I was about too, I'm just glad that Ernie is coming to make her company." Raidyn looked around for her shoes "Damn it...I have no idea where my shoes are" she huffed.

Nick snickered, staring at Raidyn, "Ray we don't need them where we are going!" he smirked at her confused look. "Before you ask, just check on Mia..." he suggested, staring at the television set, while Iggy rolled around on the bed.

Raidyn made way down the hall and knocked on the door softly "Mia...?" she shouted, just as she was going to knock again, the door flew open. "Hey...we are about to leave. Just wanted to know if you are alright?" Mia looked at Raidyn's bare feet "Yeah don't ask, cause I have no idea what that man is planning. I mean where can you go without shoes.." she rambled.

Mia faked a smile and laid back down on the bed "We are just fine..." she rubbed her stomach, the first time in almost two months that she had shown some type of affection towards the baby in her belly. Usually she was looking bitter and just ignoring the fact that she was pregnant, like that was possible. Mia smiled "I know where you're going...but I'm not telling you."

"Well that is plain mean. Listen Ernie is coming by to make you company, I thought you might like that"

Mia nodded "Definitely, no one can be sad around him. Well then I should get out of bed and look for some movies for me and Ernie to watch." she swung her legs over the bed and carefully pulled herself up. She groaned making way to her closet "Ugh...Ray, this baby feels so heavy and look at this..." she pointed to her swollen belly "It's not normal...It's growing by the day instead of by the week." she waddled over to the closet.
