After the attack the day resumed as normal for the sparrows, who were back to their usual training. Treadmills chimed as they ran their miles, meanwhile Marcus played their fight recorded on security tapes.

"Big one is strong but slow, possibly stupid. Some sort of... simian hybrid." Says Marcus in between breaths. "Who took the little jumpy guy?" asks Sloane. "Me. Just gave him a spanking and sent him to school." Jayme says.

"Hey-oh!" cheers Alphonso fist bumping Jayme. "Has a weird crush on y/n by the way. As if they've meet before." she adds. This peeks Marcus' interest. "You're positive you have no previous affiliation with them?" He asks. You sigh. "Again I don't know them! Plus what's with all the accusations, they seemed to recognize Ben as well and no one has said anything about that." You say defending yourself. Ben glares at you and let's out a 'tch.'

"The skinny one is their weak link." Fei says. "Unless hiding behind couches shouting, "Where's my daddy?" is his superpower." Ben's treadmill chimes slowing down as he continues to speak. "Enough post-gaming. They disrespected us, Marcus. We need to be out there finding these freaks and taking 'em out."

"Oh, you mean like this?" Marcus presses a button on the remote making the music stop and changing the tape on screen, now playing the moment Vanya's energy blast sent your siblings flying. Your heart stops wondering if you were caught protecting Five.

"Can someone explain how you got your asses handed to you in 30 seconds?" Everyone stops running and stands silently staring at Marcus. "Do you have any idea what would happen to our reputation if anyone had seen that? I mean, we haven't faced decent enemies for years. This could be good for us. Good for business. But only if we're smart with our next move." Fei sighs.

Reginald clears his throat walking into the gym. "You summoned, Number One?" "Sit. You spent time with these people. What's your assessment?" Asks Marcus.
"Unimpressive. Neanderthals on a day pass. Cried too much and showered too little. The only thing they lacked more than grit was any regard for one another."

"No loyalty. We can use that." Says Ben. You however thought otherwise despite getting beat up the first thing they did was protect each other. There was no way they had no loyalty for one another. You decided against sharing this information with the rest.

"Good. Give a full report to Christopher." Marcus demands.

"Still, I wouldn't underestimate the Umbrella Academy. Yes, their skills are as lacking as their hygiene, yet somehow, they saved the world in 1963. Had they not, none of you would be standing here now. Perhaps I misjudged them."

There it was there was no way they were as weak as your family made them out to be. Plus you were far too curious about them for your own good. Why did they speak to you and Ben like they knew you? But you were especially curious about their number five.Your thoughts are interrupted by Christopher speaking. "Yes, yes. I'm going." Says Reginald sighing as he follows Christopher out the gym.

You grab your towel and water bottle and start to head out yourself. "Hey where the hell are you going?" asks Ben. "None of your business dipshit." "Y/n!" Marcus intervenes. "Relax! I'm taking a shower." You groan slamming the door behind you.

Little did they know you were planning on going after the Umbrella Academy, alone.

"The point is, we did it. We saved the world. We stopped the apocalypse. And made it home safe in time for dinner. So whatever Dad changed, whatever timeline we're in now we can handle it. We won." Five says raising his drink for a toast "We won." Repeats Luther raising his beer. "Yeah. All right. All right." Raising his own drink the brother clink their drinks in victory.

"Well boys I am done for the day." Luther stands taking his final sip of beer. "Aw already big guy?" whine Klaus. Luther rolls his eyes and says his goodnights. "I'll see you two in the morning." He says.  "See ya." Five says. "Adios hermano!" Klaus waved goodbye. "Looks like it's the just the two of us now." Five says taking a sip of his drink. "Uhh actually, sparrow 4 o'clock." Klaus whispers. "What?" Five twists his face in confusion. "No your other 4 o'clock." "Klaus that's not how it..."  Fives words are cut off by the sight of you at the hotel front desk. "...works."

You walk into the hotels main lobby amazed by how...unique, the place was. You walk up to the receptionist who seemed to be looking for something. "Hi sir, um im looking for a boy around my age. Bright green eyes, about this tall, probably came in with five others." The man looks up at you annoyed. "I am not allowed to disclose clients' whereabouts." he says. "So they are residing in this hotel?" The man groans. "Listen little girl, I do not have time for this right now. I suggest you go back home."

You glare at him for a second before spotting something on the cork board behind him. You feel the smirk tugging at your lips as an idea comes to you. "Nice poster you got back there." You say. "It'd be a shame if my siblings found out how you spoke to me. Would definitely ruin yours and this hotel's reputation in a second." The man looks up at you, then at poster. Immediately spotting you standing in between Alphonso and Sloane with your sparrow uniform, which you were currently not wearing. He looks back at you, gives you an apologetic smile. "You're one of Sir Reginalds kids?! My apologies Miss," His demeanor towards you changing drastically. "Like I said before I am not allowed to disclose peoples personal information, I can however offer you one of our masters suites." Now annoyed you scan around the place one more time. Your eyes widen in satisfaction as you spot the boy and one his brothers sitting near the bar. "Forget it." You tell the man. He rolls his eyes hoping you wouldn't notice and walks away. You start heading towards the duo making Five nervous.

"Hello!" you greet them joyfully. Neither respond, all that was heard was Klaus' slurping. "How did you find us?" Asks Five, which came out colder than he intended to. "Just asked around a few folks, you guys do kind of stick out like a sore thumb." Five sighs annoyed which even caught his own brother off guard. Klaus had lost his love as well and unlike him, Five could get her back, why was he now acting like this.

"Did you come to beat us up?" Klaus asks. You shake your head. "Of course not! That's something Ben and Fei would do. I came because... I wanted to talk to Five." Five raises his eyebrow. "Not interested." He says receiving a shove from Klaus. "Stop being so mean to her!" Klaus scolds him sounding genuine. "How do we know she's not here to infiltrate huh? Send back reports to her siblings so they can kill us." Five protests. "Not to rain on your parade, but if my siblings and I really wanted you dead, we would've done it back at the academy when you attacked us in our own home. In the end I let you go, remember." Fives harsh gaze disappears. "Fine."

The receptionist passes by whistling and dangling a dog leash, you stop him. "Sir, change of plans, I'll take you up on that suite offer if its still available." He sighs. "Off course Miss Hargreeves."
