I held my head with my both the hands as my dream made me quite startled. It was a nightmare in which I was drowning in a lurid dark ocean. Nevertheless, I was enjoying sinking into that ocean. How could somebody take pleasure in dying in such a way?

I groaned,

“Ahhh… What a funny nightmare. Congratulations Luna, now these are the side effects and all the credit goes to that rainy handsome guy who was running into my mind since yesterday night.”

Once getting back to town. I instantly tied up with my routine university chores. After a brief Christmas break, I had a lot to catch up on. I was feeling a little heavy after returning from a quick family vacation.

Hahaha, Who do I make a fool of?
Yeah yeah, of course I was missing that rainy guy this time. That Handsome guy was like a sprouting spring, in my regular pretty mundane streets of: eat, work and nightmare. I sighed, shook my head and thought.

Still, I had to come out from the dreamy languor. So I gathered some energy and lazily ordered myself,

"Now, now, let's just get off the bed already and prepared yourself to work, lover girl."

Why did time fly too fast these days? Few months were pretty loaded. The work was somehow manageable. But the worst struggled part was my unsettled broods. Sometimes, my mind was overburdened with unpleasant thoughts. On the other hand, sometimes the weight scales tipped in favor of that rainy guy's sunnier thoughts. It appeared to be arm wrestling. Positive emotions occasionally overtook negative feelings, and vice versa. Though the results remained the same. It's just a win-win situation for both sides.

One day, I was on the verge of being late for class. I packed my belongings and went to university. Aside from the lethargic state, I began working in the laboratory as soon as feasible.

An hour later, I reached at university. I finished the very first lecture and went back to the canteen to get a cup of coffee to wake up my sluggish mind. Normally, I was too preoccupied with my project to think of anything else, but the situation was different at the time. Well, I didn't think the coffee could help me get over the hangover from that rain guy's ruminations.

I bought my Iced Latte and went to locate a seat. There was still space available at the cafeteria's large glass window. I moved and sat on the other side of the window to avoid getting sunburned. With a satisfied smile on my face, I savored every sip of the latte coffee. The iced coffee's unique floral-sweet aroma chilled my nostrils before softly crawling to my brain and making me relaxed. I was having such a fantastic feeling when I heard the voice of Eosa yelling my name out? She was gasping,

“Luna……”

"Hey..... did you hear the news?"

Well, generally if anything new happened, I was the only reporter who shared the news to everyone. But this time I didn't even engage with news channels in these past days. Thanks to my fluctuating mental state, once in a blue moon I concentrated on one thing.

Hence, now I felt a bit envious. As everyone was already updated with the news except me. So lame. Though my major concern was something else; I was a bit frightened about the fact that how Eosa will respond once she found out that I was heedless about the popular stories these days. She surely will overplay. Still, I was hoping that she didn't react.

Anyways, let's just face the music and hear what she tried to say.

"What news?" I replied with fluttering eyes.

As expected, Eosa shouted,

"WHAT?"

she took a pause,
