Austin sprung from his chair to call security while Andrea called Taylor's obstetrician. Scott stayed with Taylor and I rushed upstairs to grab her coat and the duffle bag we packed a week ago.

when I came back downstairs I kneeled down next to Taylor who is still sitting in the dining room. I softly cupped her face, "Honey, how are you feeling? Can you walk?"

A bit of sweat is showing on Taylor's face, she nodded. "I can walk." Andrea and I helped her get up and slowly made our way downstairs to the waiting car.

The family and Tree waited outside the delivery room while the press and paparazzi were standing outside the hospital with their cameras ready.

I'm all scrubbed and ready for the birth-giving moment with one hand holding Taylor's hand and the other hand holding a video camera. This moment is so surreal to me as I spent my whole life in the other world witnessing the opposite end of life as an Angel of Death but now I get a chance to experience the birth of life. I was thinking back how Taylor and I met when the doctor interrupted my thoughts, "Start pushing Taylor." Taylor wanted to give birth naturally, drug-free, there's always a chance of complication especially when she's carrying twins but she's trying very hard now.

"Come on baby, you can do it." She held on to my hand as if it's her lifeline while trying hard to push in screaming pain.

"I can't, I can't do it." Taylor is out of breath and shaking her head.

"Baby's head is coming out, just one more push Taylor." Her doctor said.

"Honey, just one more push. You can do it." I brought her hand to my lips.

Taylor gave it one hard push and the first baby came out. The obstetrician held the crying baby up high so both of us could see our first bundle of joy clearly.

Joyful tears formed in our eyes, I bent down to kiss Taylor's forehead and said: "Thank you." The nurse took over the camera as I cut the umbilical cord; another nurse took the baby away for cleaning, weighing and measuring.

"One more to go." The doctor said. The second baby was eager to meet the world without mommy put in much effort; both babies were healthy with average weight for twins.

I kissed the twins before nurses wheel them to the nursery. Taylor looked a bit pale but has the blissful glow on her face, I put my forehead against hers and kissed her before going outside to deliver the good news to the waiting family while Taylor is still in the delivery room dealing with afterbirth. When I saw her again she was in her private room resting. I walked up to her and gave the mother of my children a heartfelt kiss. "Thank you so much and I'm so proud of you."

Taylor is all smiling when nurses brought the babies in for feeding. I fed the first child with the bottle while Taylor breastfed the little one. Andrea and Tree came in when we were switching babies so I let Andrea feed the little one with the bottle while I took photos. "Have you decided the names yet?" Andrea asked us.

Taylor and I looked at each other and smiled. "Yes, mom," Taylor replied.

"The older one is Kaylor Andrea and the little one is Alison Elizabeth" Her mother was surprised and cried. Scott and Austin came into the room after feeding and helped burp the babies.

Taylor stayed at the hospital for 2 more days. Close friends Abigail, Selena, Lily, Gigi, Lena all came to visit, there were more flowers in the room than a florist. We shared the girls' footprints on Instagram but made a deal with People magazine on publishing their very first photo with a huge charity donation from the magazine.

Life changed with these two precious princesses. Andrea stayed with us for the first 3 months as Taylor refused to hire nannies. I helped as much as I can with my crazy schedule. The twins look alike but have different personalities. The little one Alison is calm, like me and the older one Kaylor is fuzzy, in control like her mommy. Olivia loves the babies while Mer was being herself, keeping a distance from them. Taking the babies out for walks was no easy task with so many paparazzi around but we tried to let the girls live a normal life even though they know they are special.
