Hello everyone! It's obviously been a while since I've updated this book, but I'm on my way to continue it this summer (I promise I mean it this time).
I haven't checked on this story in a while, but I just completed my first year of university, so I have a bit more time on my hands now. I wanted to rework my artbook as an "intro" back into this book again, since I've been on hiatus for quite a while now.
Originally, I had been creating all the artwork for Kiiya and the other characters myself, but I'll be honest-- I'm a better writer than I am an artist. So, I decided it would be easier to bring the characters to life by using a generative platform instead.
Trust me-- I understand the repercussions of AI and how people can abuse it, but I also believe that if used and credited correctly, it can also be a useful tool-- in this case, creating a more clear vision for my characters, so that you all can see them as I do!
Below are all images I've curated to the best of my ability to showcase how I imagine each of my original characters in this story. I may create some more in the future, but these are my baseline works for now. That being said, I cite that the following images were created using AI and are NOT original handdrawn artworks. AI is an awesome tool for creating OC's, but it's just as important to cite it as AI instead of your own original work.
