After hard day yesterday Kayla decides to spend the day with her mother in the clinic where she knows she will be safe. Kayla tells Jack to be careful watch out for Sebastian and Ken Jack still has to go to work and he has to make a delivery to the Simmons. jack goes about his day as normal when he is surprised by Emily and Alexis for there to help him with his chores then make the food for the fisherman and the bait for the fish then they help Jack at the farmers market for vegetables fruit toiletries and bread for his delivery. When they are finished the girls decide to go visit the ice cream parlor they get ice cream and milkshakes. when they leave the ice cream parlor they run into three Mean Girls Brianna Ashley and Montana they are swear words at each other and get into a big fight Emily grabbed his stick and hits Montana over the head with it Montana hits the ground and crawls away. Alexis takes on both of the two other girls beats soundly with her skateboard when all three girls are on the ground Alexis takes out a pair of scissors and begin to hack away all their hair all three girls are sobbing holding big clumps of their hands in their hands. Alexis tells all three girls to now leave her friends alone and never bother them again and we will just ignore each other for the rest of the summer understood as her and Emily walk away did you young ladies go to the pier where they can meet Sam and help him turning his catch to the farmers market for sale its you girls are beaming with delight they have finally defeated the Mean Girls . they can't help themselves laughing and giggling and telling them what they did to the three meanest girls ever. Sam tells them that generally you should not fight but sometimes people push you to that point you have to stand up for yourself now the three of them can go see Kayla at the clinic Sam asked where Jack is they're tell him jack is fine he was supposed to be making deliveries at the Simmons place
Jack arrives home after making his delivery and the girls explain to him and Kayla how they beat up the three Mean Girls and cut their hair kayla is excited but disappointed she was not there to participate in the beating Emily says to Kayla you were there in spirit we did that for you that was not right what they did to you. Kayla says thank you and she back down . Jack takes all three children on his boat he drops first of Emily at her house on the island little pirate Island then drive up to the dock of alexis is home . jack slowly drives boat until he sees his and his mother waving at him welcoming him home. the glow of the lighthouse on this night does not equal the love in his heart for his friends and mother
