Sam calls Helen's phone to let her know that he has a charter but he needs Jack's help the charger wants two boats so Sam is going to recruit jack - to be the pilot of the Acorn alongside his much bigger fishing boat . this Charter is a father and son they want to compete against each other the son is only a few years older than Jack. Jack is excited to have his first charter Sam informed him that he need a first mate assistant jack knows just who to ask he asked Kayla to help him . when the day comes of the Charter Jack and Kayla are up bright and early getting paid fishing lines traps and other equipment ready Kayla even packed a lunch for them in the clients a brother and a sister young lady is a tiny little young lady with black hair black eyes named Emily from Vermont her brother was named Billy he was skinny but tall for his age they are twins both 12 years old. Upon meeting them Emily tells Jack and Kayla she is glad they are not tall like her brother so she doesn't feel so small she is never been fishing before Kayla tells her that don't worry they will have a fun time and she has on a bikini Emily says thank you to Kayla takes the lift ticket from Kayla's hand and puts it on Billy on the other hand is a little bit of a jerk he is much taller than of me on three children so he thinks he can boss around and because Jack is in a wheelchair he doesn't think Doug knows anything about fishing Emily told her brother not to be so rude to Jack and Kayla and put on your life jacket. He refuses jack tells Billy he must wear the life jacket Billy tells Jack to F off. the four of them head out behind the adults on the much bigger boat who is upset he is on the smaller boat. Jack takes the boat to a special Cove they drop anchor and start to fish right away they all catch a few fish Emily Kayla and Jack are having a wonderful time Billy on the other hand keeps being a jerk. Billy keeps complaining about everything how hot it is why are they catching bigger fish and the yucky food that Kayla prepared for them. Emily can't take it anymore with her brother being a jerk so she pushes him overboard with a big splash. they are all laughing hysterically even Billy jack puts down the ladder so Billy can climb back in the boat after billy gets taken the boat Jack and Kayla climb down the ladder and pull up the lobster traps they didn't catch any lobster but they did touch crab and some starfish . they meet up with Sam's boat to see who caught the most and biggest fish. the kids when so Emily and Billy's dad promises all the kids a steak dinner. When back on land Jack Emily and Kayla all go to Jack's house to change . when Emily comes out of the bathroom they notice she has a brace on her leg. she is embarrassed the other two children inform her they also have disabilities so its no big deal to them. Kayla even offers to allow Emily to wear a dress of Kayla's she agrees the three children all get dressed in their casual evening clothes when they all get to the fancy restaurant at the Golden Marlin Jack is surprise that his mother and Stacy are joining them Mr Blair Emily and Billy's father explains that he is a developer and he wants to develop the boardwalk still keep the small town feel but build some more space for restaurant condos and hotels barrier islands Lighthouse Key and little Pirate Island they would put one restaurant on little Pirate Island and a few shops and a small condo building on lighthouse key because they are going to tear down the old condo building on lighthouse key Mr Blair needs Helen's help to get the permit for the building. All talk business for the adults. the children on the other hand all have fun cracking jokes and having a wonderful time. At the end of the evening Helen and Mr Blair come up with a plan to get the permit passed it will help the community by providing jobs and revenue when the shops are open and also provide Mr Blair with work . Billy states that he wants to go on the main land with his father another business transaction Emily asks if she can stay with Kayla and Jack for the rest of the weekend Mr Blair says thats fine the children plan another day of fun out on the ocean
