-site of Kurikoshi, before Pain's attack-
His sensei had tasked him to go to the Land Of Lightning in secret. Kakashi along with two ANBU members, his rival Might Guy and Yamato the wood user were sent to find what could be the source of the light. When he reached there, Kakashi was beyond horrified. What once was where Kurikoshi village stood was nothing but a desolate land. He could sense the lightning and fire chakras in the air. The ground was black as ash and the storms continued raging on. It was clearly a jutsu used by someone and it was powerful. Far more powerful than the tailed beast bomb. What caught Kakashi's attention was the familiar chakra of his former student, Naruto Uchiha.
'This feeling. Naruto, was this your doing?' Kakashi asked himself. If it was his student's jutsu, it could easily be classified as the first SS ranked jutsu.
''Kakashi.'' Might Guy called out. ''You feeling it right? The familiar presence.''
''Yes Guy. It's similar to Naruto's but much more stronger.'' Kakashi said and the two ANBU returned. ''Did you get anything useful?''
''No.'' answered one of the ANBU. ''Too many Cloud ninja, all jonin rank. However, we managed to see that Kurikoshi was reduced to nothing. A crater about five hundred meters wide and twenty deep was there.''
''The village was destroyed?'' Kakashi asked in surprise and horror. In his genin days, team Minato had actually been to the abandoned village once. It was a third the size of the Leaf. For the village to be destroyed utterly was not what he expected. Then, a messenger bird returned.
''Kakashi senpai! We have to return to the Leaf immediately!'' Yamato half shouted in an urgent voice.
''What's the matter, Yamato?''
''The Leaf is under attack. The leader of the Akatsuki and his partner are attacking the village!''
______________________________________-mountains graveyard, present time-
It was about three days after Pain's assault on the Leaf village. Obito had called in a meeting to formalize the Akatsuki-Blackfyre alliance. In his secret base, the mountains graveyard, Obito watched as helicopters descended. 'Western technology. Madara told me about them but to see them in action is a different matter.' he thought as the helicopters descended. Special silencers built in to avoid unnecessary attention. Obito saw Naruto come out along with a snow white haired girl of the same age as him. He presumed her to be the Daena Blackfyre that Naruto told him about.
''And exactly why am I needed here again, Naruto?'' Daena asked. She had no idea why her cousin wanted him here.
''I just want you to witness the forming of this alliance, Daena. And to take something from this place.'' Naruto told her and they entered the tunnel to a hidden lab. There, Naruto walked in and showed Daena a pair of sharingan eyes. ''These were Itachi's. I want you to take them. During the War of Unification, Daemon had lost his eye from infection. I want his eye to be replaced with Itachi's sharingan.''
''As you wish, Naruto.'' Daena said and summoned a small purple portal and stored the eyes in there. Though she wasn't a warrior like Daemon, she could still use the powers that came from her bloodline.
''Speaking of Daemon, will he be coming here? After two months, I was sure he'd be finished soon.'' Naruto asked.
''In three days time.'' Daena answered. ''There a specific reason why you wish to know, Naruto?''
''No. Just asking. Come, Daena. Let's go make our alliance.'' Naruto said and they got to the hall to meet with Obito. There, the two Uchiha discussed their mutual interests for war against the ninja world. ''Four months. In just four months, sixty million soldiers of the Blackfyre Empire will come. The ninja world will be up in flames, Obito. A new world order. My world order.''
