~Blakes POV~
I quietly shut the door, I turned to see the living room empty; I walked ahead; quietly walking upstairs, then heading into my room. I dropped my bag on the desk and removed my Pokemon from my belt and onto the desk. I pulled off my shoes and quickly changed into black shorts and a red shirt. I exited my room; I need to find Cameron, I want to tell her about my back before I speak to Logan. Just as I took a few more steps, Cameron convinently walks out of the bathroom. She turns to see me and smiles, "Hey Blake, whatcha need?" Cameron headed towards me, "Well, I have this thing on my back and I need you to take a look at it." My voice wavered, I fiddle with my hands and avoided eye contact. Why'd I suddenly get so nervous? "Oh?" She chuckled, "Well, let's head into the bathroom and take a look" she places her hands on my shoulders, I nodded and walked into the already opened bathroom.
Cameron flicked on the lights then turned to me; I felt like I was blushing, from embarrassment or awkwardness, or both, who knows. "So, don't mind taking off your shirt so we can take a look?" Cameron said calmly, I guess she knew I was quite nervous. "I-I guess so.." I grabbed on the edges of my shirt, quickly pulling it off. I slowly turned to show Cameron, I grew even more nervous, what will she say?
~Cameron's POV~
My eyes widened at what was on Blake's back. Why are there wings on her back? It couldn't be a tattoo, I reached out to touch them; it certainly isn't ink, the wings looked somewhat singed onto her back. I knew for sure that's not going away, "It seems like these wings are singed to your back, and they're certainly not coming off" I handed Blake her shirt. "I don't know What else to tell ya" I really didn't, I'd have to tell Logan about this and his thoughts. Blake sighed and pulled her shirt back on, "Thanks for the help Cameron, its much appreciated" Blake headed out the bathroom before I said anything else. I flicked the lights off and exited the bathroom; I then headed into my room.
Logan was sitting on the bed, staring at the envelope the kid sent. I let out the tiring sigh and join in the bed with him. "Logan" I turned to him, "Yeah?" He looked over to me, "Its about your sister" I looked up at him, "What happened?" his face turned to concern, "They'res wings singed on her back, not actual wings; but they're there" It was a struggle to explain, how else do you tell someone about wings singed on someone's back? "are you sure its not a tattoo?" Logan sat the envelope on the end table. "I'm certain, Blake wants to know what caused it. She doesn't remember it being there before." I pulled the sheets up to cover my legs.
Logan began to go into thought, "I don't remember her having it the night before her birthday. It probably was after the battle; since she didn't de-evolve properly it must've singed permanent wings to her back." Logan contemplated, I didn't know much about Blake except that she's a reincarnation of a infamous Giratina that destroyed regions long ago.
"Well, that's all she needs to know I guess" I let out a sigh, I turned to the door as its ajar state came to a slight shut; I knew she was listening into the conversation, it's what she does, purposely or accidentally; sometimes even both.
I shifted myself more into the bed covers, moving into a comfortable sleeping position. "Night Logan" I hummed, "Night Cami" Logan places a kiss on my forehead then pulls himself more in the bed; my lips curled into a smile before shutting my eyes to rest.
