The aliens piloting the ship had received the order from Soa a few seconds ago to start the ship. The engines started up and the ship began hovering off the ground.
Blake and the agents watched as the ship, holding Takal, was now taking off for the skies. Blake took out his cell phone and began calling Padma. He warned her about what was going on and asked if they could get some help from the skies. Padma said, "I'll get in touch with the Air Forces Chief of Staff."
The call and Blake stared back up at the sky, watching Takal and the alien space ship disappear.Takal and Soa stared at each other in the lonely hallway. Takal clenched his fist and asked, "What do you want?"
Soa said, "I just want to know why you were traveling with humans to this location."
Takal knew that Soa wasn't going to take this information well. Soa smiled and said, "No need to worry. I already know."
Things weren't looking for Takal, as the green alien was starting to catch onto what Takal had been doing with the CIA agents. Soa said, "You know you're not the first, right?"
Takal suddenly stopped feeling the urge to defend himself and asked, "What?"
Soa said, "You're not the first alien to work with the humans to track down aliens. Which is why I trapped you in here."
Takal was now really confused. He was trying to figure out what she meant by all of this. He asked, "What do you know?"
Soa said, "I know that the humans have used eight different aliens like yourself to find us and kill us."
Takal asked, "How do you know this?"
Soa said, "Because I found an alien they had used, dying on a playground. Bullet wounds all over her chest."
Takal had felt like a burst of wind had hit him after hearing this information. He asked, "What?!"
Soa nodded and said, "They've been using aliens to find aliens to kill aliens and then killing the ones they used after having made use of them. They'll only use you for one mission and promise to make sure that you'll be allowed to go freely. But it's a lie. Once I saw you coming, I knew I had to save you."
Takal felt his legs shaking. He couldn't believe he actually believed the words of Blake. Soa said, "Had they found us here, they would have killed us and then killed you."
It wasn't that much of a surprise to Takal, but he still felt a bit shocked to hear all of this. Takal looked down, feeling the rage of this information getting to him. He said, "Those bastards are going to die. They're all going to die."
Soa said, "And together, we can make it happen."
Takal looked at Soa, who now had her hand extended out to him. Takal was about to take it when a bomb-like sound was heard, followed by the ship rocking out of control. Soa took out her hologram and began contacting the pilots of the ship.
One pilot connected to her hologram and his projection appeared. Soa asked, "What the hell was that?"
The pilot said, "Three human aircrafts are attacking us!"
Soa said, "Destroy them!"
The pilot said, "We're having trouble doing that. They keep dodging our attacks!"
Soa cursed and looked at Takal, knowing that they had planned to destroy everyone on this ship. Takal said, "They're not going to stop. We should consider leaving."
Soa said, "And where do we end? They'll find us and make sure we're dead."
Takal said, "We'll have a better chance fighting them off on the ground than in this ship."
Soa agreed and told the pilot, "Abandon ship..."
Another bomb-like sound was heard before the feeling of the ship changing direction was becoming noticeable. The pilot said, "They destroyed an engine turbine! We can't get the ship flying straight!"
Soa yelled, "Forget the ship! Get out of here!"
Takal waited for Soa to end the holographic projection. She placed it elsewhere and the two began running toward the landing bay.
The ship was diving deep toward the ground. It was becoming impossible for the two to escape.
Upon arriving in the landing bay, they saw all the space crafts had been destroyed by the ship being slanted. Soa asked, "What do we do now?"
Takal said, "Escape pods!"
Soa agreed and the two changed course. The hall of the escape pods was found. The two jumped into the same pod and pressed the eject button without setting a destination.
Takal and Soa both escaped from the falling ship that was not too far from hitting the ground. They looked out the glass window, watching the space ship crash into a non populated area. Soa covered her mouth, feeling terrible for the actions the humans had committed. Takal could sense that she was no longer feeling as confident as she had been when they first met. She was sad. Takal said, "We'll find another ship. And we'll get off this planet, in order to come back and make them pay!"
Soa looked at Takal, feeling some hope in his words and smiled at him. Takal smiled back and waited for the escape to hit the ground.
The two stepped outside and Takal asked, "Do you have your hologram on you?"
Soa took it out and showed it to Takal. Takal nodded to it and said, "That thing will help us find a way to another ship. Or at least a craft that can fly us off this planet."
That was something that Soa had forgotten during her training. They could find other ships through their holograms. She began searching through the radar menu, looking for some kind of ship or craft.
There was one, although she wasn't sure what it was. The object was nine miles from their current location. It wouldn't take them long to find it. Soa told Takal this with excitement in her voice until two police cars drove up to them. Soa said, "Damn, just when things started turning up for us."
Takal prepared his fists for a fight. Soa saw him doing this and smiled, getting ready herself. The police officers stepped out of their cars and aimed guns at the two aliens, now approaching them. The officers ordered them to stop or they'd shoot, but the aliens just ignored the officers and continued to walk. The police officers began shooting at the aliens. Takal and Soa both dashed away from the bullets. The officers tried tracking them down, but the aliens were moving too fast. They both smiled as they now dashed at the officers from opposite sides. Takal kicked one officer so hard that he flew through his car and landed on another officer. Soa dashed into the door of a police car, crushing the officer in the process. She grabbed the officer by the head and threw him at the officer on the other side. All four police officers were now knocked out. But more were coming. Takal didn't feel like fighting, so he grabbed Soa and got inside one of the police cars. Soa was surprised Takal could drive, but Takal couldn't. He was only going off of what he watched one of the CIA agents doing a few hours ago. Takal immediately stepped on the gas pedal and drove off, with two other police cars following behind them. Soa could hear the gunshots. She peeked outside her window and got an idea. She warned Takal to not worry about her as she began crawling out of the car. She hung onto the side of the door waiting for one of the police cars to get close enough. Once she spotted one, she leaped from the car and cradled her body in a ball-like position. This allowed her to fly through the window of the car and knock out the two officers in the driver's seat. The car began swerving out of control, but Soa made sure the car drove directly into the police car beside them. Takal had watched in amazement, he didn't believe Soa was that good at killing. But then he saw the police cars explode after crashing into each other. He worried for Soa. But his worries went away once he watched her run from the fire and toward the car. Takal cheered with joy, but then he noticed Soa slowing down. He was confused. She had completely stopped running. Takal looked forward and saw four black SUVs parked beside each other, blocking Takal from driving any further. The CIA had stopped them from getting to their destination.
