It was sunrise Allura had given me a spare pink nightgown it looked like a princess dress but knee-length, I stretched my arms and got up from my bed.
I walk towards the mirror and stare at myself it pained me to see the bags under my eyes after another restless night I turned away from the mirror and crawled back into my bed I closed my eyes getting comfortable once again readying for a peaceful sleep that was until the castle's alarm went off.
I sighed and got out of bed and rushed to the control room "GO GO GO WE NEED VOLTRON NOW!" if she needs Voltron why the hell am I awake?
I rubbed my eyes and squinted at Allura and Coran just to find out it was all a trick, "You must always be ready to do battle with Zarkon. Look at you! Only Shiro is in uniform. Keith, Pidge, and Hunk, Where are your bayards and Misora your weapon? And where is Lance?"
The door unlocked and Lance came out as if had just been to the most delightful spa on this planet.
I stood there barely taking in the information Allura was giving us "Coran and I are getting the Castle ready to leave Arus, during that time you have to learn to form Voltron so we can begin fighting Zarkon."
"Well have fun with that I'm off to sleep," I said before strolling towards the door "Nope!" Shiro grabbed the back of my nightgown and stopped me from walking "You still training with us you are part of the team."
I got dressed in my suit tied my curly hair in a ponytail and got my sword from my room the boys were already in the lions and I watched them on the screen monitors.
"W-what are they doing..?" Allura pointed to the screen with the lions stacked on each other.
I shrugged "Dunno looks like a cheerleader pyramid to me..."
"Sorry to interrupt but I may be able to help, yesterday you weren't able to form Voltron until you were in the heat of battle." The paladins agreed with what Allura said and waited for her suggestion. "Perfect because I need to run a diagnostic test on all the Castle defences this should help!" A barrier formed around the castle and began to shoot lasers at the lions I laughed so hard it felt like my lungs were gonna burst.
