      Kailani sat on the floor of her walk-in closet, trying to figure out what to wear. She swore that she didn't have any clothes, but her closet, had racks and racks of clothes.

She had clothes for every situation you could imagine yourself being in, besides this date. She didn't even know where they were going, he had just texted her this morning that he'd be at her house at 7, and to be ready.

     It was now 6:20, she had everything done but her outfit. She stood up from sitting, and she looked through her full-body dresses. She eventually decided on a simple dress, a black skims dress. She accessorized with a thin, gold necklace, to match the black and gold YSL heels she had on. Her purse of the night, was a YSL purse. It was black, with the traditional golden YSL logo.

Her hair had been straight still, from the other night when she had first went on a blind date with Duke.

Seeing that it was 6:54, she walked to the front door of her apartment, going to the bowl that she kept by the door on the table, she grabbed a piece of gum, and put it in her mouth.

She decided on going into the lobby to wait, and not make him have to meet her at her door. Stepping out of the elevator, she checked her phone, seeing a text from him.

     She walked outside, to be ready for when he gets here, and she stood outside and clutched her purse. She watched as a blacked out jeep pull up, and saw Duke get out of the drivers side of the car. He walked to the passenger side of the car from the front, and opened her door for her, as they greeted each other.

     He watched as she got comfy and situated in her seat, before shutting the door and walking back to his side, getting in and started to drive out of the parking lot.

     "Your car is so nice, I like it." She glanced into the backseat and around the car more.

     "Thank you, this is my baby. She costed a lot."

     "So, where are we going?" She turned her head to look at him as he drove. She analyzed him. He had his right elbow on the middle consol, as he drove with his left hand. She saw his tattoos peeking out from the sleeves of his black dress shirt, and he had a thin, gold chain hanging around his neck.

"Just someplace deeper into the city than the other night." He shrugged.

In a way, both of them were matching. They could easily be mistaken as a couple.

     After 15 minutes of small talk, they had made it to the destination of the restaurant. The restaurant didn't have a parking lot, so he had to drive around to find parking. The only spot he could find was about a 5 minute walk away from the restaurant. Kailani didn't mind, it was a beautiful night that night, she could be outside all night if she wanted to.

     As he got out of his seat, he shut his door and made his way to Kailani's door, opening it for her. As she stood next to him, she had got a smell of his cologne.

     "You so beautiful, Kailani."

     "Thank you Duke, you look pretty handsome yourself." She smiled up at him.

     As they walked to the restaurant, they watched as cars drove past, and other people walk past. Feeling the cool breeze hit her exposed skin, made it all more relaxing.

As they walked past a tiny icecream shop, she made note to try that place sometime. Looking forward, she saw an older woman walking alone on the street. As they got closer to the woman, she cleared her voice, as she looked at Duke and Kailani.
