What Lies Behind the Truth.

Liz is having a dream.
In her dream, she saw two guys standing a foot away from her in front.
The other guy face is still blurry and the other person is Allan.
Allan is smiling so lovely at her and asking for her hand.
The other person is just standing while gesturing his hands and Liz wasn't sure if the person is talking to her or what.
Liz asked the guy if he wants to tell her something and what is it actually.
But Allan took Liz's hand and kissed it then say. "I will always be here for you, no matter what. My heart belongs to you, Liz."
Liz smiled after hearing those words but somehow she felt unsatisfied.
She then looked again at the other person and wanting to touch his chest but she's in doubt.
The guy turned his back on Liz.
Liz frowned and asked. "Harapin mo ko. I want to know who you are."
But this guy stepped forward walking away from them.
Liz wanted to stop him and yelling. "Sandali! Huwag ka munang umalis, please!"
Liz started running towards the guy but she's actually not moving to where she is standing.
The feeling is like she's in a treadmill.
The guy started to fade away as he walks away from her.
Liz keeps on yelling saying to wait for her and don't go away.
Allan stopped her from running and whispered. "Stop. Chasing him won't change anything." His tone was broken like he's been hurt.
"Ano bang sinasabi mo diyan, Allan? Saka bakit ganito?! Am I not running? Sino ba siya?! Tell me.." Liz's tone was broken as well.
Her eyes suddenly got teary and she was confused about it.
She touched her chest and rubbed her shirt in guilt. "Why? Why does it hurt like this.."

Liz opened her eyes and she saw herself crying.
Her heart stills in pain when she woke up.
She sat up and rubbed her chest, her heart beating fast and she felt somewhat lonely.
Liz wiped her tears and whispered. "It's alright. Everything will be alright, Liz."
She looked at the window and stared at nothingness for a moment then turned her eyes to her study table and watched the photo that's beside her loptop.
The picture of the three of them in their grade schools days.

Liz opened and locked the door.
She is about to go to work and she didn't expect to see Allan outside of their house waiting for her.
Liz is surprised. "Eh?! Anong ginagawa mo dito?Kanina ka pa ba?
Allan shook his head with a little smile and say. "No. Maybe just here waiting for 10 minutes. (Liz nod.) And I'm here thinking we could go together and drive you at work if it's okay with you."
Liz smiled and remembered her dream. "Okay, let's go?"
Allan opened the door of his car for Liz and when Liz is already inside, Allan gently pulled the seat belt for Liz.
Liz is just watching him doing it and her thoughts were saying that how gentleman Allan is.
There is no doubt that no woman will not fall in love with him.
He's a kind of person who has everything that a woman could wished for.
Allan closed Liz's door and he went to the driver's seat.
He then looked at Liz when he entered because he noticed that Liz was gazing at him since he placed the seatbelt for her.
"Do I have something on my face Liz?" He asked with a low tone and Allan checked his self on the side mirror as well.
Liz chuckled. "Wala. Napapaisip lang kasi ako."
"Napapaisip? About saan naman?" He asked curiously.
Liz looked ahead and her smile slowly fading. "Let's say na.. instead of focusing on some things that are impossible to reach, why not pay attention on the things that are already in my reach. Things that are giving me importance. Right, Allan?"
Allan's smile faded as well but still eyes on Liz and responded. "That's right. Not everything we want, we can have or can become ours. That's why we must learn how to appreciate the things we already have and what's around us."
Liz turned her eyes on Allan and nodded with a slight smile. "Before they disappear and becomes a memory."
Allan was stunned by what Liz said. "What's happened? Are you okay?" His voice is obviously concern.
Liz shook her head but smiling so lovely. "I'm starting to realize how important you are to me and I am to you."
Allan blushed a little then giggles. "Isn't it late for you to realize that just now?"
Liz snorted and frowned.
Allan laughed and it ended that they laughed about it both.
