In which Kevin can't stay David's girlfriend
Third person Pov
Kevin sat at his end of the table holding a straight, Doug was sitting next to his best friend trying not to laugh and k gunna was sloppily eating the chicken. The two lasted way longer than Kevin thought they would and honestly he wanted to be happy for his son but the female really got on his nerves. "Dad can you help me in the kitchen?" David asks and Kevin put on a fake smile before getting up.
Kevin walked in being met with his son who had a big smile on his face. "Dad I'm the happiest I've ever been and the reason I came over for dinner is cause I want yo blessing" David says. "Blessing? Son we already prayed for the food" Kevin says making his son let out a laugh. "No I mean" David starts before pulling out a small black box.
Kevin nearly choked and wanted to grab a gun and just finish himself now. "Son what in johns happy meal is that?" Kevin asks. "An engagement ring I'm proposing" David says and Kevin grabbed the counter once he nearly hit the floor. "P-propose?" Kevin asks before dying laughing holding his chest and everything. Doug and k gunna heard from the table and gave each other confused looks.
"Son I love you and I will always love you no matter what but marriage to that cracked out, dusty wanna be ice spice not to mention she's told old for you and your not legally old enough to get married" Kevin says and David frowns. "You know I thought you'd be down but turns out I was wrong" David says before going back to the kitchen grabbing his girl and leaving.
"Welp want dessert?" Kevin asks Doug who have him a straight face.
