He had met his match on (a dating app idk). He had thought this Zamder looked stunning and his bio made him seem like a lovely person, so he was very glad when he got the notification that they had matched. As he sipped his fruit cider ,he saw the door open,and there he was,there was Zander and he looked amazing

The drummer awkwardly raised his hand to get his dates attention, and he saw,smiling and making his way to the bar stool like was at "Hi!" Luke said leaning up to hug Zander which the pianist quickly returned it,both of them smelling their aftershaves/cologne "I was just waiting for you here,so if you want we can get a table ,or we can keep here for a while,whatever you think!" He smiled, his dimples showing ,something Zander immediately thought was cute. "Oh we can move to a table ,I can always get a drink there" the purple haired male said,blushing. "Okye dokes!" Luke offered his hand and Zander timidly accepted,already red in the face. Once they got to a table , a waiter came up to them and asked what Zander wanted to drink and after she grabbed that, what they wanted to eat . "Can I have the...vege Bolognese please?" The yellow eyed man said ,smiling at Zander warmly as he did so, he liked him already and he'd only said about three sentences "Yeah of course sor and you?" The waitress shifted her glance to his date. "Oh yeah! Sorry! Can i have the chiken pesto please, and the side could I have the fries?" Yes of course, it will be with you shortly! She said. After some small talk and flirting the waitress came back for the menus and it reminded Zander : "You vegetarian?" Zander asked ,sparking the conversation again. "Me? Oh,well I'm vegan but not much honey or cow milk in sPAG bol!" Zanders date laughed (a/n I don't think so anyway,not counting the cheese) "Yeah 'course" he responded with a smile "So! How have you been today? Good bad,mediocre?" Luke asked sipping his drink while staring intently at Zander "Eh same old same old, band practice,dealing with my idiot friends,and sister , strangely enough, she's got a date night with her boyfriend tonight" he responded "Oh my gosh you're in a band! I always wanted to do band stuff! None of my other mates play though" he trailed of at the end "Really? What do you play?" "Drums and other percussion like chimes and drum add ons" he said putting a hand behind his neck in the booth they were in "I know it's a bit naff ,I just always liked drums—" "Oh my gosh! We need a drummer!" "Really!" Luke said,equally as shocked Zander gasped "maybe you can try out! You know,maybe if the date goes well.. " he trailed off "If the what what?" Luke smirked ,knowing what he said ,but just flirting "I said—" he paused to think of an alternative,putting his finger to his mouth "if you can tolerate my annoying band mates!" "You sure ,I heard something else ,I just need to make sure~" he smiled ,resting his chin on his elbow,the two were fairly close at this point
"You heard you sly dog!" He said laughing and playfully punching his shoulder. "Yeah,we'll,maybe i just wanted to hear it again, and maybe I think the date is going well!" He laughed as well " Do you now?" "Indeed I do,I think I'm on a date with a very nice,pretty and talented man right now." He started to flirt again,winking at zan "Mmm well, I think I'm on a date with a charmer" Zander giggled bringing his wine to his mouth "and it's the best date I've been on from this stupid app" he said,motioning to his home on the table" "I agree" Luke laughed. "All the girls on here would be a bit too full on for the first date and all the guys that I've met on here ,not you of course (he made a point to stress that) always gohst me and I don't know why!" "Same! But not the girls one though,just the Giys for me" the purple eyed man laughed
A little while after , their food came and they dug in

"Can I venture back to a subject from earlier,Luke said nearly FINISJED with his pasta. "Yeah course!" Zander said ,looking "You have a sister right?" Luke said , swirling his pasta on his fork "Oh yeah." He rolled his eyes at the thought of her." "May I ask that IF HYPOTHETICALLY the date goes well, do you reckon she would think I was decent enough or would she bully me" he half joked
"Hmm let me think " Zander smirked ,this was his time to get back at his date from before "I think she would like you...especially since you're such a gentlemen for me,waiting at the bar and guiding me here with your hand" he grinned ,his gaze still fixed. "Ido try." Luke said shrugging his shoulders while sipping his drink.
After finishing, the waitress came back and asked about dessert They both looked at eachother and agreed on that. They ordered a sharers sundae and thanked the waitress "We can be like those films where they share the sundae! " Luke said , excited ,grinning ear to ear Zander simply just smiled , knowing for sure he wanted a second date with this man , They got their sundae and ate some fed some to eachother (thays sounds weird AAAAA) and Luke payee the bill (a/for anyone who read this early I'm so sorry for that TERRIBLE TYPO) after squabbling over who should for about five minutes "Ok but can I tip?" Zander said sliding the bill tray over to him Like simply huffed,knowing he wouldn't win this argument, and said yes They thanked their waitress tonight,Luke helped Zander get his coat on and his bag straight,and they walked out to the taxi bay
Zander ,edged closer to his date and tapped his shoulder ,getting his full attention "so.." he said blushing , would you like to see me again or not?... I mean..it's fine if you don't! I just enjoyed it amd- I think you did—" he was cut off by a tender sweet Kiss by Luke. "Does that answer your question?" He smiled leaning down to Zanders height. Zander a blushing mess nodded rapidly while Luke laughed. Zander flagged a taxi over and opened the door to it "Well then...I'll see you soon hopefully!" "...yeah" Luke looked down ,his hand agaon at the back of his head like before "What's up?" Zander felt doubt rising in him ,did he not actually like him? "Oh, I was just wondering if you wanted to coke back to my place,my uni mates aren't home,the ones at a party till about 7am probably,and they other is with their girlfriend. ITS FINE IF NOT THOUGH!!" He quickly turned pink at the end Zander leaned on the door and simply said : "Ok,tell the Uber guy your place and we can go" and he got in,patting the seats motioning Luke to sit next to him. The date was definitely a good one —————————————— 1303 words! Wooo that was a hefty one but I have a feeling it was a good one! Also it's up to you WHAY they did when they got back ,whether they did what the like implied at the start ,9ornthey just watched a film But I will be doing a morning after one which is implied lime the night before , but you can interpret that one as the second date if you want !
