As the door slammed as an annoyed, angry and hurt Stacy left, a particular auburn haired boy just sat on the sofa of his aunts house , staring at the blank Tv. Luckily, his aunt and uncle were away for a week, celebrating their anniversary, so they didn't have to hear all of the commotion that had happened .
Luke felt the salty sting of tears starting to role down his cheek and put his head in his hands, muffled sobs and sniffs being heard from him. Sure ,when he dated Stacy he had still liked Zander, but he had grown to like Stacy too, she was kind, for the most part, caring, and from what he thought, loyal, she had been his first kiss, she had practically been his first everything, he was furious. he wished he could have took it all back.
"Oh for gods sakes" he said in-between sobs. "This is stupid, you shouldn't be crying,stupid.stupid stupid!" Though he didn't stop crying, he couldn't, no matter what he tried they just kept coming, making his eyes sting.
Just in the other room, the club sat ,listening to all this.
"Do you..think we should go out?" Jake said, gently laying his hand on the doorknob.
Haley paused for a moment, before looking at Zander, who sighed and shook his head. "I know we all want to, but it's best to give him a few before we go out, let him collect his thoughts."
Haley nodded , "yeah let's just give him 10 minutes."

The creak of the first door woke up the auburn haired boy up, his golden eyes abruptly fluttering open. He looked different, his eyes were puffy and cheeks red, he had been crying.
"Oh! Hey you guys.." he said with a fake smile,rubbing his eyes and sniffing.
"Hey, Luke" they all said almost in unison.
They all looked at him with concerned eyes , so he just bluntly said
"I'm assuming you know.you heard, right?"
"Yeah, and we are so so sorry sweetie" Haley said sitting on the other end of the sofa.
"We are all jear for you you know that, right?" Jake said, smiling at him
Luke nodded whike another silent tear managed to roll down his cheek.
"Yeah..I know, it's just,she was just,so normal about it, who knows if she had seen him before this?"
"Yeah,and I know it's easier said than done but, try not to overthink it, you don't want to try and rebuild something with that girl." Sean reassured,putting a hand on his back
"Yeah.." Luke agreed trailing off.

"I can scrap her if you want, I'd totally win, she may dance but she's not fast enough to catch these" Milly said balling her fist.
Luke laughed weakly , "thanks, but I'm sure that's not necessary" he smiled as he sat up and leaned on the arm of the couch.
Luke looked at the four of them and asked hesitantly "where's zan?.."
"Oh ! He went to get you water, he'll be back soon" Jake smiled.
"So" Sean said ,smiling at Luke, "how long till this reaches everyone you reckon?" He joked
"I don't know" he sniffles in return and let out a breathy,yet shaky laugh. "Im anticipating it be talk of the town by Friday" Jake joked.
"Yep. Yt another scandal for the people to eat up." He sighed ,leaning his head back.
"Yeah,but , silver lining! Everyone will hate stac!" Milly said
Luke looked round the room and saw the shambles it was in, and let out a heavy sigh,putting his head in his hands, "gods sakes, I really let myself go , I better clean,I better make tea for myself, I better-."
"No." A voice from the kitchen was heard.
Everyone turned around to see Zander,with the glass of water, and One of Luke's favourite meals in hand, spaghetti,and carbonara mix he had found in the cupboard.
The club helped Luke clean as Sean's and Zander were in the kitchen. They put books back, put coats back, took down pictures of Stacy inconspicuously and reassured him there were so many people better than Stacy, even reminded him of a nearly forgotten crush.
They spent another hour talking to him, trying to cheer him up, telling jokes about Stacy and how stupid she was, making sire he knew it want his fault.
It was about seven o clock when Haley was in the lounge with Zander and Jake , Milly had to go as her mom had phoned asking to pick her up as she was near and they offered Sean a loft to his mom's apartment
Luke was washing up his plate, as he felt bad making someone else do it, while the three were sitting in the living room.
"Hey zan" a black eyed girl said,checking her phone, mom is here to pick me and Jake up soon, wanna lift?" Sje asked ,pointing to the car outside.
The ombré haired male paused for a moment,before shaking his head and saying, I'm gonna stay for a bit,make sure he's ok,I might stay the night, depends,but if I don't tell mom I'll get a taxi or bus home.
The two waves bye and Luke sat down by Zander and put the Tv on.
"Hey." Zander spoke, as he sat down next to Luke,smiling at him
"Hi" , the taller of the two replied back, weakly smiling
"Come here, I didn't pass up a free lift just for you to sit the other end of the room and pretend your ok" he joked, Patting near him,indicating for
Him to come closer. Luke obliged,coming near him,and leaning his head in his shoulder,sighing and blushing slightly.
"So,you think I'm a fool for not noticing it happened?" He sighed
"I don't think you were a fool" Zander stared at him, "I just think you liked her a lot, and didn't want to see anything in bad light"
In response,he huffed and changed the channel
"You handled it better than I would have" the pianist scoffed.
In return like smirked and laughed "oh yeah? I'd love to know what is worse than throwing a hissy for in your front room is"
Zander sat opposite him and started to laugh
"Okay okay!, if someone had cheated on me...I would have...tan over to their house,slapped them in the face,wreck their room, and their locker at school... aaaaand I would have aired some dirty stuff about them to the school and peopme like Lia who can pass it around fast." He smirked at Luke, who looked utterly dumbfounded.
'Remind me to NEVER cheat on Zander when I get with him' luke said in his mind.
The auburn haired boy had started to drift ig to sleep yet again,so Zander held his hand and rubbed over it, he traced his knuckles and freckles on his hand.
Suprisingly,this didn't wake him up, and Zander was glad, so , he started to talk to the boy.
"Stacy was absolutely mad to mess up her chances with you, you know?"
"Your charming, you're funny, and oh god knows how handsome you are, and to give all that up for Drew?I dint know what she was thinking, I'd never do that if I was with you, I'd spoil you and love you"
He paused,and stared at the boys head.
"Well, I'd show you that Id loved you from the start" he sighed , as he brushed his hands through his silky hair, but little did Zander know...that wouldn't be long...
