Before anyone panics, this is platonic, I am not about to ship all the club together romantically, I know I already said this oneshot book has platonic ships, but not everyone reads the desc (I don't LOL). Also, this is badly made as I was gonna do this earlier, but I left it to 11pm at night. - Also I'd like to wish Rosy a happy wedding for tomorrow.

It was a perfect day for Jake, 11am on his birthday, he had woken up his whole house at 5am to open gifts, and he couldn't hold back his excitement at what he had gotten this year, he was bursting with joy and was currently playing his new Nintendo Switch Games with Milo, his little brother, who obviously wanted to share Jake's gifts with him, as all siblings do.

"Aw, come on Milo. You know you're not supposed to win, it's my birthday. Let me win!" Jake whined, as he turned to his little brother who was eagerly celebrating next to him.

"Jake, just admit your bad." The blonde 12 year old spat back to his older brother, as he held up an L to his face.

Jake frowned as he stood up from the couch and sighed, "Well if you're going to flex your win, I am not playing anymore."

"Fine then, I'll just enjoy your new games by myself..." Milo grinned, as he picked back up the control, "Wait... Jake, how did you even get this switch? I don't remember mum buying it for you?"

The teen gulped as he remembered his friend Drew, it had been almost a year since he and his old best friend split apart, it still made Jake upset thinking about him, he still felt betrayed after all this time, but he couldn't let his ex friends ruin this day for him, so he shrugged, "Someone random gave it to me.."

Jake looked at Milo rolling his eyes, so he sighed and returned to his bedroom, and laid on his bed. He was quite tired from all the joy from this morning, so he was about to take a nap until he got a spam of pings on his phone... It was Hailey.

He decided to call her, he preferred calling people over than texting, it was less of an effort, and Jake could be real lazy sometimes, he waited for an answer, which didn't take long, since Hailey was already on her phone spamming Jake with messages.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAKE!" Hailey screamed down the phone, causing Jake to scream like a baby.

"AH! Why are you screaming down the phone?!" Jake internally sobbed, as he sat up on the edge of his bed.

"You see Jake, since it's your birthday, me and the club are treating you to a day out!" Hailey beamed, in excitement, she loved making others happy, especially her second family, the music club.

"Wait, really?!" Jake gasped, suddenly becoming very interested, "Where are we going?"

"Well, maybe I heard from someone that you really like to go bowling, so we booked the local bowling alley for 12pm." Hailey explained, "So you better be ready. My dad is picking you up at 11:45."

Before Jake could say thank you or explain his happiness down the phone, Hailey hung the phone up, he figured he should get changed since he didn't want to be late to his own birthday gift. He wore his normal style of clothes, but he wore a new jacket he got for his birthday, it was a black leather jacket, with his initials printed onto the upper sleeve in a dark grey, so you could only see it from close up.

He waited around after getting changed, and informed his mother about going out. He wasn't used to going out with friends for his birthday, with Drew and the others he was only lavished with gifts, but Jake liked the idea of spending time with friends more, it was more special and memorable.

Suddenly, he heard his doorbell ring, and he answered it, before Milo did and caused any awkward encounters like he does with all of his friends.

"Hey Hailey!" Jake greeted her, before calling out to his mum, "MUM, I'M LEAVING NOW."
