Today me and my friend Jaden were hanging out since we've been busy with school and since he got a gf. Don't get me wrong she's pretty(somewhat) but she's not the nicest to girls at our school.
She and Jaden have been dating for about a month now and he seems happy which makes me happy but also kinda sad. See I've kinda liked Jaden since we met in 3rd grade but I've never tried anything cause I was scared I was gonna get friend zone. ____________________________________
AT SCHOOL
"Hey dude," I say sitting down in my seat next to Jaden "Hey, what time you wanna hang out today?" He says looking at me "Umh whatever time is best for you" I say shrugging "You wanna just drive to my house right after school?" "Yeah that's fine," I say getting my books from my bag "Okay cool," he says getting his books too.
After School
"Okay play music," I say getting into the car "Chill woman I'm going," he says laughing. We blast our favorite song "Die for you" with the weekend and Ariana.
"BABY I WOULD DIE FOR YOU!" We both say laughing "Hahaha god I've missed this" Jaden says smiling at me "Haha same" We got to his house and we raced to his room "HAHA I won!" I say jumping on his bed "No fair you got a head start" he says whining "Omg stop being a baby" I say playfully rolling my eyes "wanna watch scream?" He says laying next to me "No I hate scary movies" I say nodding my head "Oh cmon, it's not even scary" "Yes it is people literally get killed" "It's okay I'm right here so there's nothing to be afraid of" he says putting his hand on the leg "....fine" I sigh "yess, it'll be fine I promise"
We were watching to movie and 20 minutes in I was already scared to death "AAGGHH!" I scream closing my eyes "Hey it's okay" Jaden says hugging me "No did you see that!?!" I say yelling into his chest "Haha yea but it's fine it's all fake remember that" he says lifting my face. We stared at each other in the eyes and he moved his eyes to my lips.
"Yn-" we got cut off by Jaden's phone getting a notification "Who is it?" I say curious "I don't know actually?" He opens the text and our mouths drop and I gasp. It was a picture of a guy and Ava kissing

We stared at the picture for a bit and Jaden looked like he wanted to cry but he didn't. "Jay..." I say looking at him "It's fine..." he says turning off his phone "What no it's not she cheated-" I say before getting cut off "I already knew..." he says looking at me "How? When?" I say confused "About two weeks ago she came to my house with a hickey, she said it was from a cut lying iron but her hair wasn't curly that week. Plus she's always hanging around boys..." he says looking down
"Jay...you should've told me," I say putting my hand on his shoulder "ik but you seemed like you didn't want to talk to me," he says looking at me "I- I didn't wanna be around you since you got with Ava..." I say looking down "Why?" "...Cause it was hard seeing someone I love with somebody else..." I say taking my hand off him "You love me?" "Yeah, I have for years now...I get if you don't lik-" I didn't get to finish my sentence cause I felt his lips smash on mine.
I instantly kissed him back and after 10 seconds we pulled away "I love you too yn, I have since the first time I laid my eyes on you in 3rd grade" he says holding my face with one hand and making me smile "I have an idea" he says smirking "what??" I say laughing a bit "Let's send a picture back to them of us" he says smiling "Okay sure" I say shrugging "But here's the thing..." he says getting shy "What?" I say confused "Do you maybe...idk wanna send them a picture of us making out?" He says shyly "Yeah I'm fine with that," I say smiling at him.
After about 15 minutes of making out we both pulled away out of breath "god you have no idea how long I've waited for this" he says smirking "Haha same, let's send them a picture" I say kissing him "Okay he says kissing me back

We both laughed and blocked the guy and Ava. "So you wanna go on a date tomorrow night?" He says pulling me by the waist "ofc I do" We both smiled and kissed and ended up falling asleep cuddling together.
