Midnight's Scents [Poem Collection]

A Writer's Note

Dear Laham,

      Writing this poem is all about my mood, struggles, hardships, loneliness, aloofness, and the happenings of my everyday life. This poem is like a hidden diary of mine, that's why I make this kind of poem.

        Why is the title "Midnight's Scents"? Before midnight, I spray the sweet scents of my favorite perfume all over my body and even my whole room to relax myself. After that, I write my poem and post it exactly at midnight. That's why I titled it "Midnight's Scents" because the scents of midnight slowly calm my mind and my inner self, preventing me from overthinking about my personal problems.

     "Midnight's Scents" is written on the spot and posted immediately, unedited, so bear with me. Don't worry, guys. I'm open to criticism. Correct me if I'm wrong.

         And before ending this, I started writing this poem on July 31, 2023. I'm thankful and grateful to share this poem of mine. Lastly, thank you SunnyInks for making my book cover beautifully. I really love it. Actually, the girl in the book cover represents me every midnight before writing this poem.
