{ Harper's POV }

After an hour or so, me, mom, and dad drive over to the schoolhouse. Honestly, I was kinda nervous because I didn't want to see Tracy. I know she'll be somewhat mad at me, but it's not like I care or anything. She ticked me off. Karma hurts. Anyway, we all go inside and the first thing we see is the principal.

"Ah, the Larson family. Thank you for coming on such short notice to discuss the problem with the girls," says Mr. Umbric.

"Oh, it's not a problem at all, Principal Umbric," says my mother.

"Great. Follow me," he says, gesturing to us to follow him, and we did so.

After a short walk, we reach Mr. Umbric's office. When he holds the door for us, Tracy was already there, and she was already sat down. She had bandages and gauzes all over her legs and arms, and seated next to her was a tall woman who definitely did not look like her at all. Instead of having ginger colored hair, she had black wavy hair, which was curled into a bun. She had a black cardigan on that was closed. And by seeing her expression, she did not look happy.

There were 3 seats next to them, so me, mom, and dad walk across from the two, and I see the woman giving me an unpleasant glare. I look down quickly, feeling intimidated. We all sit down, and then Mr. Umbric speaks once again.

"As I may say again, thank you all for coming in. William and Isidora, this is Tracy and her guardian, Victoria. Victoria, this is William and Isidora, and their daughter, Harper," he says, introducing us to one another.

"Oh, so this is the little brat who beat up my kid?" Victoria says with an attitude.

I hang my head low when she said that.

"Don't you dare call my daughter a brat, lady," my dad says, pointing a finger at her.

"Get that finger out of my face before I saw it off," says Victoria, her eyes wide open, staring at my dad.

Dad was about to say something else, but then the principal interrupted.

"Okay, okay, let's not get heated, you two. We're here to discuss about the fight this morning, not fight that was about to happen right now," Mr. Umbric says in the politest way possible. Victoria scoffs and sits back down while dad does the same.

"Okay, well, I spoke to Harper this morning and I asked her why she had attacked Tracy. So, Harper—"

"She better explain in great detail! Or else, I'll show her who not to mess with!" Victoria interrupts. That last second she says so, I can see Tracy scooch away from her. When I see Tracy's face, it looks like she was scared of her own guardian. Huh, I wonder why.

"You better not lay a finger on my daughter, you hear me?" dad says as he rises from his seat again.

"Will, please..." mom says, trying to calm him down.

"Hey! Enough, please!" Mr. Umbric says, his voice being stern for the first time.

Dad sits back in his seat while Victoria rolls her eyes and crosses her arms and legs, looking impatient.

"Thank you," Principal Umbric says. "And Ms. Victoria, please don't interrupt me next time." The principal narrows his eyes at her, but she rolled her eyes again. "Harper, can you please tell the adults what you had told me this morning?"

"Okay," I said. I say everything that I had told Mr. Umbric once again.

I was arriving to school today, and I arrived inside Ms. Louis' classroom. I then remembered that I left my homework at home. I told her so, but she didn't believe me, so she gave me a zero on it. Tracy then listened in and started to tease me and call me names. And that's why I attacked her.
