It was that time of year again where everyone at South Park High gathered together at Tolkien's house to celebrate the new year coming in. You received your invitation from your best friend, Wendy Testaburger. Stan and Wendy had recently broken up a couple months before and Stan's been hanging with the goth kids ever since. His friends had been looking out for him(more you & Kyle than the rest of the gang) and have been trying to help him feel better. Stan was in love with Wendy and it hurt him that she left him for Tolkien. But what Stan didn't know is that you had a massive crush on him. You really didn't start to notice him like that until you all got to middle school. You were the new kid at the middle school and Stan's gang were the only people to make you feel welcome.
Along with Butters & Wendy, of course. Wendy & Butters have been your best friends ever since and you three do EVERYTHING together. Whenever Wendy started dating Stan, you were sort of shocked because you had a secret crush on him. As you adjusted to the new school, you and Stan were growing close and everyone seemed to notice. As you two were getting to be closer friends, you started to develop a tiny crush on the guy. Everyone thought you two would be an item until Stan and Wendy got together.
Wendy never picked up on the fact that you had a crush on Stan, but Butters did. Butters ended up having a small fight with Wendy about that until Butters realized that Wendy never knew. The two ended up keeping that argument in secret because you hated any fighting. You eventually told your best friends about your crush on Stan and they fully supported you! Wendy ended up breaking up with Stan so you could have the opportunity to date Stan.

Wendy's POV
"Wendy...you didn't have to break up with Stan for me..." (Y/n) said, looking down to the floor. "No, (N/n) it's fine! The relationship was getting kind of stale anyways!" I shrugged. "You know I'd do anything for you, (Y/n)." I say, cupping his cheek. He giggles and we share a hug, walking to the gymnasium hand in hand. "Soo...What are you gonna do now? Now that you're not with Stan, of course?" (Y/n) asked. "Well, Tolkien and I have been kind of flirting on the side, so I might jus end up with him." I explain, giggling at the reaction on his face.
"Did Stan know about any of this?" He asked, nudging me jokingly. "Oh please, Stan was flirting with Craig a couple weeks ago at Tweek's birthday party. He knew the relationship was growing stale. And...he started drinking again..." I say, lowering my voice. (Y/n) paused, stopped us both in our tracks and turned me towards him. "Are you...serious about this? Because if he is, Kyle & I have to watch out for him again." (Y/n) explained seriously. I nod my head and look away from him. I didn't want to tell him, but Stan has started getting out of hand. "He made me promise not to tell either you or Kyle that he started drinking again." I informed, feeling shameful from keeping this from (Y/n).
Y/n) let go of me going straight to the janitor's closet. He marched in, kicking open the door, yelling in protest. I could hear Stan's slurred yelling back towards (Y/n). "YOU PROMISED ME YOU WEREN'T GONNA DO THIS SHIT AGAIN!" (Y/n) yelled, walking out the janitor's closet with a bottle of tequila. I watched (Y/n) throw the bottle in the trash with a loud crash. He walks out the school with Stan stumbling in tow, on their way to Stan's house.
