Third Person's POV:

Emory took a sip of her cold water and looked at Cadence who was sitting across from her in their cozy living room. "Hey, babe, Quinn's birthday is tomorrow and she's having it at a bar downtown. Want to come with me?" Emory asked.

Cadence raised an eyebrow. "Quinn?" she questioned. "You should have told me sooner, I don't have a gift for her." She pouted.

"It's fine. Our presence is good enough." Emory smirked.

Cadence narrowed her eyes. "I don't know, Em. I've heard stories about her wild parties. I don't want to get too crazy." Cadence is a rising actress and she didn't want any bad publicity.

Emory gave a cool laugh. "Don't worry, Cade. I promise I won't let anything happen to you. Plus, it's not like it's just any party. This is Quinn's birthday. We have to be there to celebrate with her."

Cadence's eyes flickered with hesitation. "I don't know, I don't really know anyone in that crowd."

"That's okay," Emory assured her, squeezing her hand. "I'll be there with you the whole time. Plus, think of all the people you could network with. You're going to be a big star someday, remember?"

Cadence smiled, warmed by Emory's unwavering support. "Okay, fine. But only if I get to pick out your outfit," Cadence said with a playful grin.

Emory chuckled. "Fine, deal. But just don't pick anything too revealing, okay? I have an image to uphold," Emory joked.

Cadence rolled her eyes but couldn't help the smile on her face. "Trust me, I won't let you embarrass yourself," she said with a smirk. "But let's make sure we have a good time for Quinn's birthday."

Emory leaned in for a kiss. "Deal," she said, smiling against Cadence's lips. "It's going to be a great night."

...

Emory and Cadence stepped out of the car, the warm air of the summer night immediately enveloping them. The neon lights of the bar downtown illuminated the city streets, giving the atmosphere a vibrant energy. Cadence's younger sister, Nevaeh, followed closely behind them, her eyes wide with excitement.

Emory is wearing a sleek black tailored suit that hugged her figure perfectly. The jacket was slightly cropped, revealing a hint of her toned midriff, and she paired it with high-waisted trousers that elongated her legs. To complete her look, Emory wore black ankle boots with a silver heel. All courtesy of Cadence.

Cadence on the other hand is wearing a dark green velvet mini dress and strappy black heels. Her long, flowing hair is styled in soft curls that cascaded down her back.

Nevaeh is wearing a  flouncy, off-the-shoulder floral dress that fell just above her knees, paired with white sneakers. Her wavy hair was tied up in a high ponytail, giving her an effortlessly cool and carefree look.

As they entered the bar, the music thumped loudly, and the voices of the partygoers filled the air. Emory scanned the room, spotting Quinn at the bar, surrounded by a group of friends. She led Cadence and Nevaeh through the crowd, weaving their way towards the center of the celebration.

"Quinn!" Emory shouted over the music. Quinn turned around and a huge smile lit up her face.

"Emory! Cadence! You guys made it!" Quinn said, pulling them both into a hug. "And who's this?" she asked, noticing the third person with them.

Cadence beamed. "This is my sister, Nevaeh. She wanted to come and let loose tonight"

Quinn smiled warmly at Nevaeh. "Welcome! You're definitely in the right place for a good time."
