'Ah, one carriage.'

You stared at her in disbelieve. She wasn't lying. This was really happening.

'You really are my Fairy Godmother.'

You got up from behind the bushes and looked at the carriage in aw. It was beautiful.

'Of course. I don’t go about transforming pumpkins for just anybody.' She spoke before she winked. 'Now, where are those mice?'

'Mice?'

Fairy Godmother began looking around for the mice. You didn't know why, so you just joined in. They were here a moment ago.

'Mm. Mice, mice, mice, mice. There they are.'

You watched her run towards the mice. They started to run away from her but she waved her wand at them.

'Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!' She exclaimed.

You watched as their tails grew.. then their bodies, their head.. until they had completely changed into four beautiful white horses.

'Four white chargers.'

You smiled and hurried towards them. Petting one of the horses.
'Gus Gus, how fine you look!' You said. 'But how did you…?'

'Now, where are we? We got the carriage, horses, uh… Footman.' Fairy Godmother spoke while looking around.

'Footman?'

She smiled as she looked at two lizards right infront of her.

'Hello there, Mr. Lizard. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!'

You watched as human arms and legs suddenly popped up on the lizards. They grew larger and grew a head and before you knew it they had changed into humans.

'You called?' One of them asked.

'Now, I need that coachman.' She said.

'Coachman?' You asked in confusion.

'Did I say coachman?' She asked. 'I meant goose!'

She waved her wand St the goose that was chilling near the small pond. Before you knew it, it turned into a coachman. He seemed to have a look of pure panic on his face.

'I can’t drive! I’m a goose.' He exclaimed.

That made you laugh a little. Your fairy Godmother turned to all the transformed animals.

'Now, shoo. Everyone to place, come on! Come on!'

You watched them all hurry towards the carriage. You stopped in your tracks and looked at you torn up dress. You really wanted to wear it because it was your mother's.. maybe a little magic could help.

'Fairy Godmother?'

She turned to you.

'Yes, what?'

You grabbed your dress and looked at it with a sad expression on your face.

'My dress. I can’t go in this dress. Can you mend it?'

'Mend it? No, no, I’ll turn it into something new.'

Something new? You didn't want that! You didn't, this was your mother's dress.

'Oh, no, please don’t. This was my mothers, and…and I’d like to wear it when I go to the palace. It’s almost like taking her with me.'

'I understand. But she wouldn’t mind if I…cheer it up a bit? Wouldn’t mind a nice blue.'

'No.'

She waved her wand and you watched as you slowly lifted a bit of the ground. You got surrounded by lights and blue sparkles. You felt a Ray of light flash over you. You slowly stood back down and looked at yourself. (See picture above, i tried to be as inclusive with hair length as I could)

'There.' She smiled.

'It’s beautiful! She’d love it.'

Your fairy Godmother grabbed your hands and smiled.

'Now, come on! Off you go! Quick! You’ll be late!'

The carriage drove up towards you. They all stared at you in awe. The footman opened the carriage door. You set your foot on the step to get in, but your fairy Godmother grabbed your arm and stopped you.

'Just a moment!' She said.

You saw her eye fixated on your shoes.

'Mm. Are these the best you have?' She asked.

'It’s alright, no one will see them.'

'No, this will ruin the whole look. Quick, quick, take them off.'

You got of the step and took of your shoes. You gently placed them in the grass.

'Yes. They’re really quite hideous. Into something new for a change. I’m rather good at shoes.'

She waved her wand. Your feet lifted up slightly and a beautiful pair of glass heels formed around your feet.

'But...They're made of glass?' You asked.

'Yes.' She smiled. 'And you'll find they're really comfortable. Y/N, you really must go now.'

You stepped back onto the step and into the carriage.

'Oh, Fairy Godmother?' You asked while looking out of the carriage.

'What is it?' She asked.

'My stepmother and the girls?' You asked.

'Don't worry. I'll make sure they don't recognize you.' She smiled while tapping her wand onto your head. 'Now, off you go. For you shall go to the ball.'

You sat down in for surprisingly comfortable carriage. Your brain could hardly comprehend what was happening. All the magic.

'Y/N, I almost forgot.' She began to speak again.  'Remember, the magic will only last so long. With the last echo of the last bell, at the last stroke of midnight, the spell will be broken and all will return to what it was before.' She warned you.

'Midnight?' You asked.

'Mm-hmm. Midnight.'

'That’s more than enough time.' You smiled.

'Off you go then.'

'Thank you.'

The carriage started moving. You looked out of the window and waved.

'Goodbye!'
