'I’ve never shown this place to anyone.. but I'm sure you're curious of my magic maybe..' Draco said.
He opened some wooden doors and helped you through them. It was a beautiful hidden garden with a swing, nice flowers and some birdbaths.
'A secret garden! Oh, I love it.'
You looked around. Draco reached into his pocket when you weren't looking and grabbed his wand.
'Orchideous.'
You turned around and watched a bouquet form at the front of his wand. You looked at them in awe. He pulled them of and handed them to you.
'Is that your wand?' You asked.
'Yes it is. Do you like it?' He asked.
You smiled and nodded before smelling the flowers. Draco walked and stopped besides you. He pointed his wand at the bushes that grew against the wall.
'Herbivicus.' He said.
Before you knew it, flowers started to bloom. You watched as it spread all throughout the plants along the wall.
'Much better.'
'This is incredible.'
Draco smiled while putting his wand away and grabbed your hand. He took you towards the swing. You looked at it.
'Please.' He said.
'Oh I shouldn't.' You grinned.
'You should.' He said while grabbing the side pole of the swing
'Oh, I shouldn’t.' You challenged.
'You should.' He grinned.
His patience was remarkable. He had a sweet smile on his face as he didn't let your challenging annoy him.
'I shouldn’t.' You repeated.
'You should.'
'I shouldn’t.' You tried one last time.
'You should.'
'I will.'
You sat down on the swing as Draco stepped behind you.
'May I?' He asked while gently laying a hand on your back.
'Please.' You blushed.
Draco started to gently swing you back and forth. You smiled and enjoyed every second of it. You hadn't felt this good in ages. You suddenly felt your glass slipper fall of your foot. Draco slowly stopped you and picked it up. He stared at it and smiled.
'It's made of glass.. maybe you've seen magic after all.' He smiled. 'Allow me.'
'Thank you.'
Draoc got down on one knee and lifted your skirt gently to put it back on your foot.
'There.' He smiled while getting back up.
'There.' You grinned while getting up.
Draco couldn't contain himself anymore. He needed to win you over. Everything in his body was telling him that he had to.. or else he would regret it. You got a little nervous and startled while he grabbed your waist and pulled you in close.. your face only a few inches away from his.
'Won't you tell me who you really are?' He asked.
Your breath was stuck in your throat. You took a deep breath before answering.
'If I do I think everything might be different.'
'I don’t understand. Can you at least tell me your name?'
'My name is-'
Suddenly the clock was striking midnight. You realised how late it was. He could never see you as you really were. He would be crushed if he found out you weren't a princess.
'I have to leave. It’s hard to explain. Lizards and pumpkins and things!'
You started to run to the exit of the garden as the clock striked once more.
'Wait! Where are you going?' Draco asked.
You turned around.
'You’ve been awfully nice. Thank you for a wonderful evening, I’ve loved it! Every second!' You smiled brightly at him before running away.
You managed to make your way to the ballroom. You rushed through all the guests while more and more people if the palace started to follow you. You excused yourself as you tried to squeeze through the crowd. You made it into the large corridor where you saw the King.
'Oh, Your Majesty!'
Lucius turned around to see the girl his son had been making a fuss about.
'Young lady!'
'Oh, I’m so sorry.'
You bowed down for him. Before continuing down the hall. Before you made it out, your briefly stopped.
'I wanted to say, Your Majesty, your son Draco is the most lovely person I ever met. So kind and brave. I hope you know how much he loves you. Excuse me.'You ran out of the large front doors and down the steps. Why were there so many steps. As you were almost down, your glass slipper fell off. You stopped and turned around to pick it up but saw the Prince and his guards right behind you.
'Wait! Where are you going?'
You hadn't choice but to leave it behind as you rushed to your carriage.
