Mortality has always haunted everything since the dawn of existence, it was the only promised thing in a web of possibilities and for humans, it was their greatest fear as well as their greatest limit.
Although for Anastasia, she embraced and antici...

For a long time, Anastasia believed that she was doomed to sit in the empty audience of her mind and watch as life danced with others on stage.
Wether faith was good or evil, she couldn't say, for she had spent her days in the skull of her mind, a place no daylight has reached.
She had passed through the world without ever touching it, moving it or colliding with it.
Is there no way out of the mind?
Anastasia sighted and checked her watch, biting her lips nervously as the train kept moving, she was a couple of minutes away from being late to the ballet studio.
Getting ready to leave, she threw her bag over her shoulder and stood up from her seat, her dark gray eyes looking around the train.
Everyone looked ordinary, some were reading, others listening to music... Anastasia was going to check her watch again until something, or well someone, caught her eye.
It was a girl and a boy, and they were both standing against the pole and talking to each other with a smile that made them look like they had just fallen in love.
The girl had a pixie cut and skin white like paper, and the boy was much taller with long blond hair and equally pale skin. The feature that made them most stand out was their eyes, golden like the sun at noon.
Anastasia couldn't get herself to look away, something about them seemed other worldly, making them stand out from the crowd.
Suddenly, the pixie haired girl stopped talking and froze for a while until the blond boy asked her something in a low voice.
Before answering him, the strange girl turned around and looked at Anastasia like she already knew who she was, and flashed a smile that Anastasia shyly returned and looked away from the intimidating, other worldly look of the strange girl.
Anastasia came back to her senses and realized that the train had stopped, making her remember that she's gonna be late if she doesn't leave.
She grabbed onto her bag and made her way out of the train station, the gloomy night sky of England wasn't much of a change from underground.
Sighting in relief in front of the studio, she pushed the entrance door and barely a few steps in, she was meet by Jenny who looked relieved to see her.
"Oh thank god!" Jenny said, running a hand through her blonde hair, "I really thought you were going to miss the auditions for a second, Stace."
"Of course not," Anastasia tried to match the blonde's bubbly personality, but was way too tired to succeed. Jenny didn't seem to mind, she continued to chat energetically as they both made their way to the dressing room.
"You're really sure you don't want to audition?" Anastasia asked one last time, removing her pants and wearing a wrap skirt over her leotard.
"Oh god no!" Jenny let out a small laugh, "I think i would die from the stress if i actually get the role of swan queen!"
