Kingsley's footsteps were soft and quiet on the arks steel floor, Like a ghost she wasn't seen nor heard. Her long dark brown hair that was once tied in a bun for training was swishing past her shoulders as she walked quickly. As she reaches the door she comes to almost everyday it was opened swiftly before she could even knock. Pulled inside before she could even say a word.

Bellamy Blake had pulled her in by her elbow and hugged her immediately, almost tipping the box she was carrying.

"Missed me?" she questions him with a slight laugh. He looked at her like every teenage girl wishes a boy would. Eyes full of love and admiration.

"I always miss you king," he replied in his husky voice

Before she could say another word to him, she was pulled into a tight hug by his mother. Aurora Blake

"No one followed you?" she asks Kingsley. She nods with a quick no before she sets the box she had been holding on the table in front of her. When Kingsley looks up she sees Octavia and pulls her into a hug.

"How's my favorite girl doin," Kingsley asked with a smile forming on her lips.

"Better now that your here." Octavia had grabbed her by her hand dragging her to sit down at the table with her. It was dinner time and they had been waiting on Kingsley to arrive.

It was quiet as they finished eating together but not an uncomfortable silence, She looked up at Bellamy and smiled. She was happy in this moment, truly happy. Like for once in her life she felt at home like she had a family that loved her. That was until there was an unknown knock on the door. Knowing Aurora wasn't expecting anyone she stood up along with the rest of the Blake family. She waited until Octavia was under the floor and the table was placed over where she was hiding before she dared to open it.

"Kane, I thought I'd find you here." There in front of her was a man dressed in a guards uniform. Sergeant Miller she knew him by. He had a son around her age, maybe a little younger. Miller, was one of the few respectable guards on the ark.

"Oh you know me, always here." she laughed slightly, Bellamy now at her side was looking up at the guard as well.

"Your father requests your presence." he said with a small smile.

She nodded her head her smile fading and replied shortly, "I'll be out in a second."

She closed the door softly and turned to Bellamy who was already looking at her hesitantly. He knew how her father treated her. Like she was just another soldier to his army, not his actual daughter. But Bellamy never knew the depth to Kingsley and Kane's relationship. Not entirely and she liked to keep it that way. She turned to Aurora and hugged her as she said thank you and Kingsley told her to tell Octavia bye although she could probably hear the conversation under the metal floorboards. She walked back to Bellamy who was standing closer to the door, a sad smile on his face not wanting the girl to go.

"I love you King." he whispered to her while pulling her into a quick hug.

"I love you too freckles." she smiled as she opened the door looking at him one last time before she left. Her smile dropped as soon as the door closed behind her. Not knowing that was the last time she'd ever see the boy with daring brown eyes. She walked with Sergeant Miller to her fathers office making small talk as they passed through the corridors. He left when she arrived and she opened the door before turning back, telling him to have a goodnight.

Kane was sitting in his chair behind his desk and didn't look up until Kingsley was standing right in front of him. He looked at her in a pained expression before nodding his head. Kingsley gave him a confused look until she felt the arms of guards grab hers. She was yelling and screaming to let her go. Punching one of the guards in the nose making him stumble back and the other guard pulled out his gun aiming it at her head. She stopped and looked at her father who was just watching it all unfold. If they wanted to take her she wasn't gonna go without a fight. She snapped her forearm on the guards, making the gun drop. Ready to run for the door before she felt the electricity hit her side causing her to fall and make her see stars.

They handcuffed her and brought her to an empty room where she was strapped down. When Kingsley had awoken not a few moments later she realized where she was. An interrogation room. The walls felt like they were closing in on her as three guards and her father walked into the room. She looked between the guards and her father, eyeing them all up. Kane walked up to where she was, strapped down by her arms and legs. "I'm sorry it had to come to this Kingsley."

She didn't say a word and just stared back at him. Wondering how you do this to your own child. She watched as he retreated out of the room glaring daggers at the back of his head. The three guards tortured her for hours until end. Questioning her about the extra food and clothes she had been sneaking for close to 2 years now. It wasn't the first time her father had asked her about it, he's caught her a few times early on but had never done this. What's changed? she questions her mind. Why does he care about a few pieces of bread now? She was brought back to reality by the guard zapping her with electricity. She wanted it to end, she was so tired of them asking the same questions over and over again. She knew she couldn't give Octavia up, Bellamy would never forgive her, and there mother would be floated. So she took the pain of them slicing her over and over again. Her father walked through the door once more, as if he would be the one that make her talk, but any question he asked she would just stare at him blankly, expressionless. After what felt like days they finally moved her to a cell in the skybox. Telling her she was arrested for stealing but she knew. She knew it was just to cover up the torture she had endured.

She had been arrested like many other delinquents on the ark. Arrested just to die on there 18th birthday.

Timeline explanation - Bellamy is 18 yrs old here and Kingsley is 16 years old.

Bellamy is just joining the guard here as a cadet while Kingsley is already on it at 16 because her father oversees the guard :)
