They were at the house; Max was just standing there. By the time they got there, the rain has stopped fully. It was cloudy, with the sunset out. It was pretty beautiful. Max saw no sign of Kylie only just her sisters and half of the squad outside, she must be at the other garden.
"Blaze, Kylie might be at the other garden." Max whispered.
"Let's go see her." Blaze replied, whispering.
They both ran quickly making sure the squad didn't spot them. On their way Max grabbed one of Kylie's favorite flowers. The flower was pretty dark and was black inside, he had no idea what is was called. He must have to ask Kylie once he gave it to her.
"So, is that her right there?" Asked Blaze.
"NoOoo that's Kiki." Max said with sarcasm.
Blaze chuckled.
"Of course, it is Kylie, bozo." Max chuckled. rolling his eyes playfully.
"Ok, go up to her before I push you two. I bet if the rest of the gang were here. They would've made you kiss Kylie of course." Blaze chuckled, "You guys are cute together."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Max repeated.
He got out of the corner and walked up to Kylie, who had her pink book and pen. Writing some notes down on her plants.
"Hey Kylie." A voice said behind her.
She gasped lightly, closing her book very fast. looking behind her pretty fast. She screamed, until she saw Max.
"Hey Max..." She shyly replied.
"Sorry that I startled you." Max replied, smiling.
"No, it's fine. I'm just scared easily." She giggled.
Max nodded.
"What's behind your back?" Kylie asked.
"You'll find out when I ask you..." Max replied, smirking nervously.
"Ask me what?" She asked, with some curiosity in her voice also on her face.
"I wanted to know if you wanted to..." Max paused.
Kylie titled her head; she had her book. Playing around with the pages waiting for Max's answer. She was looking the other way and whistling a light tune.
"I wanted to know if wanted to go out on a date with me..." Max finally answered.
Kylie gasped, pretty lightly.
"Really?"
Max nodded quickly, looking the other way and whistling.
"I don't know Max..." She replied, sadly.
"You don't want to?" Asked Max, he gave her the flower.
She stopped looking the other way, and she looked at the flower. Max held in his hand lending it to her.
"Aww Max. You know my favorite flower, the black Deliah?" She asked, sweetly. Feeling heartwarmed.
"Yeah... I actually knew because I know you like dark colors and light..." Max replied, smiling.
"You're the best and you have a nice memory." She giggled.
Max sighed. He gave it to her and put it in her face.
"Thanks." She said, taking the flower gently from Max's hand.
"So would you want to go out?" Max asked again.
"Let me think about. I'm sorry...." She apologized.
Max nodded slowly, "Tell me when you made up your mind."
Kylie nodded and turned around to her plants. Opening her book again and writing down again. Max walked away pretty slowly; he didn't want to leave.
"Max come on." Blaze said, while. walking.
"I don't want to leave, I kind of want to stay with her here. It's about to get dark and you know.... She could get seriously hurt and it'll be my fault. That she's in the hospital and might not be able to make it..." Max explained, slowly.
"Makes sense, she is a cat though." Blaze replied.
"Not just a cat." Max corrected Blaze.
Blaze sighed, "Same thing."
"She's pretty a special cat. She could shrink, fly. Shape shift. Mostly everything I could remember that Camilo or Kai told me." Max mentioned.
"Who's Camilo?" Asked Blaze, "Never heard of him."
"Kylie's older cousin, he's 17." Max explained.
Blaze nodded.
"Sounds fun."
Max walked away, while Blaze was distracted thinking about how fun it would be to spend time with Camilo. He likes spending time with boys.
He shook his head.
"Max!" Blaze yelled, "Come back!"
"Kylie!" Max called out.
Kylie turned around slowly, closing her book.
"What's up?" She asked.
"May I stay with you, I'm pretty worried about you. You might get hurt from something and it's getting pretty late..." Max explained, putting his hand on her shoulder.
"You have a sweetheart and personality Max." She replied, smiling.
Max gasped, "But half the time. I'm mean."
"You're not the mean one." She giggled, trying to comfort. Max.
She hugged him. tightly, smiling.
Max hugged her back. too.
"Thanks...."
"No problem, anything for you." She softly reply.
"I love you..." They both said, "Forever."
