I was waiting outside Charlie's room when I heard numerous yells.

I winced every time I heard her yell.
The door opened, after Leo and his snakes came walking out with pride and smirks on their faces.

"Don't go in there." He spat at me.
"Yes sir." I nodded walking past the room.

I turn around and they were gone.
I ran back to the room and carefully opened it.

Charlie had several wounds and blood was spilling everywhere.

"Hang in there a little bit longer." I said as she mumbled something.

I injected a needle in her body, which makes her sleep.
I grabbed cloths and some alcohol.

I ran back outside and robbed a phone form a table.
I dialed as quickly as I could.

"Hello?" The voice said.

"Ryder! Thank goodness." I huffed out.
"Meg?"

"Yes it's me. Listen, I know where Charlie is. We're not in his usual office, we're here in town underground the Italian restaurant he makes his deals in. She's badly wounded so hurry up." I murmured.

"Thank you Meg. I owe you one. I'll be there as soon as possible." He hanged up.

I knew Ryder ever since he entered the street racing gig. He was about fourteen and I was twenty two.

He was like my little brother, I protected him several times from Leo's wrath.
Leo one time beat me up for it, he sent me away with Acacia. We've became his slaves ever since.

Anyone who is friends with Ryder and Acacia is automatically my friend too.

I went back inside the room. I grabbed cloths and pressed them lightly on Charlie's skin. I rubbed ointment and every medicine I could think of.

The door burst open and Ryder came running in.

"I'm going to kill him." He spat once he saw her.
"Not yet at least. I want to see too." I smirked.

"How is she?" He asked untying her from the chair.

"Better I suppose. The deepest cut she got was in her leg. If it were in her stomach, she would of gone to the hospital. Good thing I know how to do these things," I said wrapping her leg in a bandage.

"when will she heal?" He asked.
"Soon."

"Thanks Meg." He said.
"You're welcome. Anyone who hurts something of yours is as good as dead." I said pinching his cheek.

"Where's Acacia?" He asked.
I sighed, "Leo took her back to Cali. Said he needed her to do a job."

"When is she coming back?" He asked quietly lifting up Charlie in his arms.

"I don't know. Soon, hopefully. Now take her to her house and she should rest."

"Thanks Meg. Do you know what happened while she was in here?" He clenched his fists.

"I only heard her yells." I sighed.

"Okay, thanks again, her brother is paranoid looking for her. I was too."
"Wait. Are you going to tell her brother about this?"

"Absolutely not. I'll make up a story."

"Okay good. Now get out of here because Leo thinks she's in here dying." I shooed them away.

"Thank you so much." He said before sprinting with Charlie in his arms out of here.

While Ryder is getting his revenge for hurting his girlfriend, I need revenge and I need to find a way out of here, soon.
