Ten dollars?

Pezzy held his breath as he knocked on the door. Seconds later the door was open, and Olivia standing in front of him.

"Hey, what's up?" She asked, holding onto the door frame while leaning forward.

"Um, are you doing anything tonight?" He asks.

"No, why?"

"Because I was wondering if you wanted to get dinner?" He blushes slightly while saying this.

"Yeah, I'd love that. Do you want to head somewhere together or have me meet you somewhere?"

"I'll drive us both, and let's go around six thirty."

"Alright," she smiles, and Pezzy walks away. He hears the door close as he walks away and Grizzy and Puffer both come from around the corner.

"Yes, dude you did it!" Puffer smiles and hugs him.

"Did what?" Droid walks into the room. The three of them look at each other, trying to come up with a response.

"Pezzy uh," Grizzy tried to respond, but he couldn't seem to think of any. Droid was beginning to get annoyed.

"What did you do?"

"I uh, I asked a girl on a date." Pezzy was worried about what he was going to say.

"Oh, awesome dude! Who is she?" Droid pat him on the shoulder, but instead of an answer, there was an uncomfortable silence. "Who did you ask?" The three shared a few looks, but Droid figured it out. "No, you didn't," They could all tell that he was mad.

"I'm sorry. I was going to tell you, I just didn't know how you were going to react." Pezzy was trying to calm him down.

"Dude, that's my sister! Why didn't you tell me that you asked her out!" Droid looked over to Grizzy. "What was it, ten dollars?" He grabbed his wallet and started to search through it, grabbing money and handing it to Grizzy.

"Thank you," Grizzy said, taking the money and carefully putting it into his wallet.

"Wait, you guys made a bet?" Pezzywas confused.

"Yeah, before Olivia moved in Grizzy, Droid, and I all made a bet about how long it would take you to ask her out." Puffer chimed in.

"What was all of your bets?" Pezzy questioned.

"I said that it would take you five months, Puffer said three, and Grizzy said two months. Grizzy was the closest." Droid said. Puffer and Grizzy nodded in agreement.

"What are you doing down here anyways? I thought you were streaming." Pezzy asked.

"Liv asked me to give her something, I am streaming but I still haven't done anything yet. Imma go give Liv what she needed, good luck with your date." Droid walked passed the group, patter Pezzy on the shoulder on the way passed.

"Did you guys seriously bet on me asking Livia out?" Pezzy raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, we all knew that you had a thing for her," Puffer says.

"Yeah, we all knew, so we bet on it," Grizzy adds. Droid walks passed them after giving Olivia what she needed. "So do you know what you're going to do?"

"I'm going to take her to dinner at Outback I think, I remember her talking about it one time." He smiles, remembering the conversation.

"Oh cute, and what are you going to do after that?" Puffer asks.

"That's probably it, should we do something afterward?" he asks.

"Dude!" Grizzy says.

"Well, what should we do then?"

"What are some things she likes?" Puffer questions.

"Well, she likes long walks on the beach, going through museums, going to butterfly gardens, cuddling, walks at sunset, stargazing, that type of stuff." Pezzy seems to get lost in thought.

"Then do that," Puffer says. "Go on a walk on the beach during sunset, and after that cuddle while stargazing. Pretty romantic if I do say so myself," Puffer says. Pezzy nods, taking a mental note.

"Puffer and I are gonna go so you can get ready, only thirty minutes. Tell us how it goes," Puffer daps up Pezzy, and together Grizzy and Puffer leave.
