A few days later

A few days after the cooking stream, Olivia gets her first paycheck from Twitch. She happily knocks on Pezzy's door and waits for him to open it.

"Yeah?" He says once he opens it.

"Are you streaming?" She asks.

"No, I was just on my phone. Why?"

"I just got my first paycheck from Twitch!" She says throwing her hands into the air.

"Oh, Livia, that's amazing!" He embraces her in a hug, lifting her off of the ground slightly. "How much?" He asks after he sets her back onto the ground.

"Eight thirty-three," She smiles.

"That's great baby!" He held her waist, leaned down, and kissed her. Baby, the word was ringing through her head like a bell.

"Uhm, if you can, can you please drive me to Best Buy so I can buy a PC? Droid said he would get me a desk and a chair if I got the other stuff," She was embarrassed while asking.

"Yeah, of course, I can drive you. What about monitors though?" He went into his room and grabbed his keys and wallet.

"I'm just gonna wait til the next paycheck, I know I should just buy it all at one time but knowing myself, I'd spend that shit on cigarettes." She quickly grabbed a pair of shoes that she left in Pezzy's room.

"I thought you quit smoking?" He asked, slipping on his Vans before walking to the front.

"More-or-less," She only had time to tie one shoe before she quickly met him at the door. He opened the door and let her through before going outside, closing the door, and locking it behind him. "It's hard enough to quit one addiction, but two? Sheesh, forget it." She walked over to his car and waited for him.

"Does Droid know?" He asked as he unlocked and got into his car.

"Yeah, it was hard for him to accept but, he was just glad I was quitting one. You can ask him for more details, I don't remember everything." She gets into the car and buckles her seatbelt. "Can I play music?" She asks.

"Yeah, of course," He unlocks his phone and opens up the music app before handing his phone off to her. She decides on "Creep" by Radiohead.
