I love you too

Beeping. That's what Olivia hears as she opens her eyes, bright lights blinding her.

"Oh perfect, your awake." A female voice says.

"¿Qué pasó?(What happened?)" She asks.

"Oh, uhm..." The lady seems confused.

"Liv, is that you?" A voice asks, walking into the room. Droid.

"¿Qué está sucediendo?(What's going on?)" She tries to sit up but is met with an insane migraine. The smell of whiskey travels around her. "Mierda...(Shit...)" She mumbles.

"What is she saying?" The lady asks. Olivia turned to look at her, she had a name tag that said "Hailey" and "Nurse".

"She's asking what happened," Droid says.

"Oh, well, you went into cardiac arrest from drinking too much. Your body couldn't handle it," The nurse says. Her vision was speckled with white dots. "I'll leave you to be," She says while walking out. Droid walks over and sits next to her on the bed.

"Liv, why?" Droid didn't even look at her.

"I, I don't know..." She whispers.

"I lost you, again. Right in front of my eyes." She hesitantly hovered above his before she carefully set her hand on his, holding it.

"Jaime, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to,"

"Then why did you?"

"I don't know!" She sits up and grabs her head in pain. "It was like I couldn't control myself, all I wanted was one drink, just one. But I couldn't stop myself, I just couldn't." A tear rolled down her cheek. "I tried! I tried. I have problems and I know it, and I know that if I don't fix these problems, I'm going to die young. And I want to fix it! I do, I just can't do this by myself." She finally couldn't hold herself together, she broke down into tears. "I tried, Jaime! I did, I just couldn't help it but I tried. I'm so sorry, but I couldn't, I-" She was cut off by Droid pulling her into a big hug.

"I know you couldn't help it, I'm just proud of you for trying." She could feel tears falling onto her back.

"Lo siento mucho y te quiero mucho.(I'm so sorry, and I love you so much.)" She says, letting go of him. "God, I'm such a fuck-up." She wipes her tears.

"No, you're not, you just have some problems, and they're temporary. We will get through this, together." Olivia looked around the room, and in the corner, she saw Pezzy slumped over in a chair.

"Max..." She says quietly. She tries to get up but is met with a banging on her head. Droid sees her struggle, so he walks over to Pezzy and lightly shakes his shoulder to wake him up. He slowly lifts his head and breathes in deeply. He sees Olivia sitting up, so he quickly jumps out of the chair and runs over to the bed, quickly getting on and hugging her. "I'm so sorry," She says, her voice breaking.

"It's okay, I'm just glad you survived." He let go and looked at her, she could see the tears welling up in his eyes and collecting on his lashes. "I thought you were gone, Livia. I thought I lost you." He carefully held her face in his hand.

"I know, and I'm so sorry"

"It broke me because, well, because I love you, Olivia. I love you so much," The tears finally start rolling down his cheeks.

"I love you too, Max." She leans in and kisses him passionately.
