I was sitting on the floor in my closet, trying to pull on my jeans. Charlie was in the bathroom getting ready. We were getting ready to go to the grocery store.

'Love.' I heard him call as I finally got my jeans all the way on.
'Hm?' I called back, buttoning my jeans up and smoothing my hands over them in the mirror.
'You almost done?' He asked coming to stand in the doorway.
'Yeah, I just need to put on my shoes.' I told him, going to sit on the edge of the bed as I grab my shoes.

I was putting one shoe on when Charlie came over and grabbed the other one. He kneeled down and grabbed my ankle gently, sliding the shoe on my foot. I tried to control myself from swooning at the sight.

'Now, let's go.' He smiled, standing up and reaching for my hand. I grabbed his hand and lead him out of our shared bedroom. I grabbed my purse and walked down the stairs hand in hand.
'We haven't done a big shopping trip for a long time.' I thought out loud while we were getting into the car.
'Grocery shopping.' Charlie spoke, putting an extra emphasis on grocery.
'Your going to get a whole bunch shit and then make me carry it all in.'
'Your the one that only lets my carry in
the bread.' I rolled my eyes, jokingly poking him.

We giggled at each other, I reached my hand over to the centre console and held my hand out. Charlie looked down at my hand and jokingly rolled his eyes before interlocking our fingers.
'I love you.' I grinned, dragging out the phase as I looked at him jokingly.
'Yeah, I guess.' He fake sighed, rubbing his thumb over my knuckles.
'Damn, never mind. Forgot what I just said.' I scoffed, taking my hand out of his.
'Wait, love. I'm sorry. I love you.' He whined, trying to reach for my hand as he kept his eyes on the road.
'Focus on driving, sir.' I playfully told him, keeping my hands locked give her away from him.

Charlie stopped at a red light and wrapped his hand over my thigh. He leaned over and placed kisses on my neck, trying to get me to give into him.
'Leave me alone.' I laughed, pushing his head off my neck.
'We're here now anyways.'
Charlie pulled into the parking lot, trying to find a car spot close to the entrance. Once he found one, I gathered at my purse and phone, checking to make sure I still had my list.

I never talking Charlie grocery shopping again.
He was so extra and made my realise I'm dating a 6ft5 man child. Every time he saw something he liked, he immediately make me stop so he could place it in the trolley.
As of now, I made him go get something from the aisle thats by clothes so I could finally go and get some peace. I was making my way over to him to see why he was taking so long, having finished my shopping in the freezer section.

I couldn't find him in the woman's clothing section, making me assume he's in the men's section. I was passing through the baby and toddler aisle as I was making my way to the men's section.
I stopped at the head of the baby aisle, seeing my boyfriend right there. He was holding up two onesies, a blue one and a white one with a pattern.
I awed at the sight as seemed like he debating between the two. I had know idea why, we don't have any kids.

'Charlie?' I called his name, catching his attention as he widened his eyes at me.
'What are you doing?'
'Love, come here.' He hurriedly said, motioning me to come over.

I pushed the cart to the side of the aisle, waking over to where he was standing. He held up the onesies towards me.
'Aren't these so cute? Which one do you like more? Blue or white?' He asked, with a smile on his face.
'Blue.....why are you looking at baby onesies?' I asked curiously, before pulling the hangers out of his hands and placing them back.
Charlie paused, saying nothing as he ran his eyes over all of the baby clothes. I grabbed his hand and gave it a little squeeze to see if he if he would answer me.

'C'mon, let's get the rest of your stuff on your list.' He deflected, throwing his arm over my shoulder and holding my hand as he lead us back to our trolley.

We were now home, packing away the lasts of the groceries. We had picked up dinner on the way home, leaving it on the counter as we packed away the groceries. We spent longer than expected at the shops as Charlie kept on going back to the baby section.
'I'm tried.' I mumbled as Charlie and I carried the food upstairs.
'Wanna make a baby?' He grinned, earning an eye roll from me as I continued walking up the stairs.

Charlie quickly came behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my neck as so as we entered our bedroom.
I turned on the tv, paying no attention to what Charlie was doing. Suddenly, he tossed himself on the bed and laid between my legs I tried to stop myself from laughing as he placed a hand on my stomach.
'We should make a baby.' He quietly said, tracing patterns up and down my stomach.
'I can't tell if you're horny right now it if you have baby fever.' I laughed, opening my takeout box and begging to eat my food.
'No-a baby baby. Like one in your stomach for 9 months, the one we make.' He explained, looking up at me with pleading eyes.
'We're not even married Charlie.' I laughed, placing down my food and running my fingers through his locks.
'You wanna wait?' He asked, a small smile on his face.
'Yeah, it would be nice having our kid as the little flower girl or boy but I would rather wait.' I explained while putting on Netflix.

'How many do you want?' He questions, lifting up my shirt to begin tracing shapes along my bare stomach.
'I don't know, maybe 2 of three?' I thought out loud, wondering where this was all coming from.
'I want a boy and a girl.' Me mumbled, placing a small kiss on my belly.
'What if we have three?' I ask, shifting his gaze up at me.
'The we'll be happy with whatever we get.' He grinned as he took my hand and placed a kiss to the palm of it.
'Where is this all coming from?' I ask twisting my hand to interlock my fingers with his own.
'I don't know.' He trailed off, avoiding my gaze. 'It's just, when I was looking at all of the baby stuff, I just kept imaging us having little versions of ourselves running around.'
'Well, whenever you propose and we get married then we can have our kids.' I grinned, rubbing my thumb over his cheek.

'Let's get married.' He whispered, leaning into my touch as my eyes widened.
'Your honing to have to create a bigger proposal than that. You don't even have a ring.' I spoke, trying to understanding what he was saying.
'Just think about it love, imagine we're in the living room and our child takes their first steps, our first vacation as a family and getting to bring them home.' Charlie spoke dreamily, moving to wrap my arms around my waist.

'You really have thought about this, huh?' I teased, brushing a curl that fell out of his face.
'Of course, you're stuck with me for life.' He smiled, closing he eyes and he rested his hard on my stomach.
I smiled, thinking about our future together. I felt so warm with my lovely boyfriend cuddled against me.
'Wanna make a baby now?' He grinned, peeking his eyes open at me, causing me to scoff and flick the back of his head.
