Wonwoo's father decided that he should pass the position of being Chairman to his son because he thinks that it is already the right time, but Wonwoo hesitated.

Wonwoo's father wondered why he didn't agree to pass the position to him immediately even though they could afford to do so. His son's desire is to start a job that does not immediately hold the company itself, but he thought of helping his father first and studying the flow of its operation in the industry so that he would not have difficulty in the event that he himself decides to become Chairman.
