Chapter 16 ⚜ The Birthday

In the mansion, Victoria Argent is dead and Gerard disappears. We finish our exams and Sam Graduated. God, everything is calm again. I hope this is calm forever. I am in the Kitchen flipping the cake dough, Caroline stands melting chocolate bars. 

Allison gets in from the Kitchen door "What are you doing, baker?" 

Caroline gives her warm smile "Wow, look at you, this haircut suits you" 

I smile "My idea, Today is Sam's birthday so I'm making a cake I hope it works" 

Caroline looks at me "I can't believe finally you are together" 

I smile "I swear me too" 

Allison looks left and right eating strawberries "Where's Bobby? I don't see him"

I say "He went to meet with Sam's father also he doesn't love to be here reminds him of Mom"

Allison asks "How old is he?" 

Caroline says "Eighteen"

I excited "I will make a birthday" 

"It's a special year for him" Caroline putting the melting chocolate into the bowl

Allison gives me a look "God, I never saw you as this, Working hard" 

"She obsessed with him like Juliet" 

I warn her "Caroline!" 

Caroline teases me "You're obsessed with Sam, Kitten. You could put out the candles with yourself if he wasn't here and sing like he was with you but you still didn't tell him you love him back" 

I give her a look "I swear you're a bitch" I sigh "But I don't wanna rush, everything was hard for me the last months"

Allison nods "Lydia's right"

With my rudeness way "Always"

Caroline eating strawberries "Sometimes, So Dean is coming"

I threw the knife at the counter "Yes, Barbie"

Caroline runs out of the kitchen. 

Allison calls out "Care, where are you going?"

Caroline is back again "I'm going to change these clothes into better clothes" She runs out of the house.
