Angel's Light

Walking into the fields of fireflies. I stared with admiration and love at the beautiful angel in front of me.

Her eyes filled with a rare spark of light and joy.

Her smile bright and beautiful offering my wretched soul a strange sensation of peace.

Her soft giggles and tiny little hands wrapping around me like soft wings of an angel taking me in its embrace.

I welcomed the warmth she provided allowing it to spread through my soul and dull the pain in my heart.

Her love and affection towards me offering me strength and courage to overcome anything in my life.

I held her close to me enjoying her warmth and embrace while the fireflies danced around us like little orbs of light.

The moon shone brightly in the dark starry night blessing our bond while we held onto each other for endless hours.
