Braces

So guys, guess what... I GOT MY BRACES OFF YESTERDAY! I've had them for three years now and I'm so glad that stage is over. I didn't have time to update yesterday because I was busy studying for finals. Anyway so after an hour and a sanding-drill-thing, I was good to go. My orthodontist loves this little tool that like files off parts of your teeth and he uses it every time he messes up and had to use it to get all the glue off of my teeth except that he missed a spot which is really bugging me. So I got my retainer (dark blue with sparkles) and I'm all good except for one thing. I can't talk. Technically I can but it sounds like I have a lisp and a very bad speech impediment and most of my words come out like "thubukhthhv blukhshsh". I've been told that I will get used to this. I hope I do. Anyway so my teeth look nice and there's no discoloration so I guess that was money well spent. Now I just have to wear this stupid retainer for another year and a half. And then there's wisdom teeth (I've got four). Oh dear.
