(hated writing this chapter so it's gonna be short)

The break is almost over. Tomorrow everyone goes back to school. Adrien's parents arrived back from their trip a few days ago but for some reason, they haven't headed back home.

"Nathalie please help me find her," Adrien said with his snuffy face, he was holding back tears. He knew there was no way he was ever gonna find a ladybug, especially because it wasn't even in the house anymore.

"I'm sorry Adrien, if I have the time right now I would. I have to help your parents, they got into an accident."

"an accident?"

"Don't worry Adrien, they are fine. They just need some assistance.  your bodyguard will be here soon to watch you."Nathalie said as she left Adrien's room and shut the door behind him.

Adrien stood there in a daze. Where were his parents? where was Tiki? out in a big world, there's no way she's okay.

Adrien ran out of the mansion without a thought in his head, he ran to the back where the dumpster was and check every corner. Maybe Tikis wings gave in and she fell, right?

"tiki please."Adrien stopped digging, tears streaming down his face. she's gone.

a bright red light flashes from inside the dumpster, Adrien dug inside the dumpster and reached for the glowing light. he looked inside his hands to see two earrings and his friend, Tiki.

His face lit up instantly, she didn't look hurt at all. she looked the best she's ever been. But what about these earrings? They were ladybug themed and just happened to be next to her.

Adrien placed Tiki on his shoulder and put the earrings on.

Adrien's shoulder suddenly felt lighter, a bright light followed and blinded Adrien. When he opened his eyes tiki had suddenly.. evolved?

"Hi, Adrien!"The little red thing spoke, and Adrien just stared. Not in shock but more like he was Amazed.

"Tiki? How are you talking?? Am I dreaming?"Adrien poked at Tiki

"Adrien, im a kwami, I was never actually a ladybug, it was just a temporary form."

"kwa what? and what do you mean it was a form? what else can you turn into?"

"Adrien I know this might sound like a lot, but you were given superpowers. I'm no longer a ladybug because the world is in danger."

"Danger? What are you talking about?"

"Adrien!" Nathalie called out from the other side of the mansion.

"cmon Tiki, let's finish this talk inside," Adrien said and Tiki flew inside one of his pockets, Adrien, was a little confused why she didn't stay by his side but he's not gonna ask questions while he has a lot of things on his mind right now.

nonstop crying has come from the bakery, posters all outside and around the block from them, Still looking for Plagg.

"Mama, I'm going to go check the dumpster around the block," Marinette said walking to the front of the bakery

"But Marinette, I'm sure he'll come back home."Sabine replied,

"he would've come back a long time ago for food." Marinette walked out of the bakery. She didn't care what anyone told her, she had to find Plagg

she went up to the dumpster and started digging. Maybe Plagg was eating food at the dumpster so he didn't need to come back home.

Marinette squatted on the ground, it's been weeks since Plagg left. He's gone.

bright green flashes came from inside the dumpster, Marinette stood up and looked inside. She used to hands and pulled out Her dirty little cat, Plagg.

"plagg your okay" Marinette spoke with her shaky voice, she was about to give up. She inspected Plagg to make sure he wasn't hurt but the only thing on him was a ring hanging on his tail.

she gently placed Plagg beside her and took the ring. A cat-themed ring that just happened to be on Plagg.

she put the ring on and was instantly blinded when she opened her eyes a little black cat thing was floating right in front of her.

"Hi Marinette, it's been a while."Plagg laughed. However, Marinettes face was turning pale. Next thing you know Marinette started screaming like a manic

"What are you? Wheres plagg??"Marinette panicked

"chill out Marinette im right here," he replied. Marinette just wasn't  understanding

"Marinette, I was never really a cat. It was just a temporary form."

"But, you were a cat for 10 years. You were a gift!"

"oh, you still remember that? those people just happened to find me when I was in my cat form. They were so excited I couldn't just run away."

"hah, and everyone thought you were mean."Marinette laughed as the baffled Plagg just stared at her.

"Whatever, Marinette could we go back home now? I'm hungryy."

as Marinette starts walking back home she suddenly feels Plagg back in his cat form walking alongside her. She smiles and picks him up as they walk.
