The resemblance.

A late-night call to Alya was made, It had been a while since the two had a deep conversation like this. It felt nice. But the topic of today wasn't.

"Alya I don't know what to do, what do I say to him?"Marinette said choking back tears.

"You gotta tell him, you're better off telling him while you're on a break then tell him when things are better."

"Yeah but isn't that what a break is for? To get a grip? I'm an awful person." Her phone dies once again, she doesn't even try to plug it back in and heads off to bed.

*ringgg, ringgg*

Marinette sits up, she looks down from her bed to see her cat friend playing with string. What day is it?

"Plagg, I know you heard my alarm go off almost 9 hours ago!"Marietta yelled at the cat who was just facing the wall.

"Whatever, schools not that important anyway," he said stretching himself out and accidentally knocking over one of Marinette's outfit designs. It was a lady noir and misterbug-themed suit and dress.

"THE PROJECT, I HAVE TO PRESENT TODAY."

"Had" kid, school is over."plagg said which made Marinette growl in frustration. She grabbed her phone which was dead and quickly plugged it in as she went on her laptop to text Adrien instead.

As she was about to text Adrien she got distracted, Luka had texted her and the most recent thing he said had something to do with the word "Adrien"

Whatever, he can wait.

She clicked Adrien's contact and began texting.

"I'm sorry I made you present the project by yourself, I slept in late...

"It's okay Marinette!" Adrien quickly responded. Marinette clicked off Adrien's number and headed over to Lukas, what she read made her feel physically ill.

"Really Marinette? You make me wait outside knowing you're not coming? You're that scared to break up with me?"

"Forget it. I'm sorry I don't mean it to sound that way."

"Adrien was Asking if I saw you earlier, you know he likes you right? I hope you like him back too because I'm breaking up with you. This isn't gonna work out."

Marinette sent a message, but it didn't go through. She sent another, same issue. Did he block her?

"Are you serious? We coulda talked to through."Marinette shut down her laptop, grabbed her bag, and left. She wasn't heading anywhere in particular, just wanted to get some air.

She walked around Paris for a while, When she left the sun was already setting but now there's no sun left. Luka was her sun, but now he's gone.

"Marinette!"

She turned around, nobody was there. All you could hear was faint snickering. She looked up at the rooftops and saw a faint figure, the mysterious person jumped down. It was Misterbug.
