Why is love so difficult?

The begining

Asha:

I was staring at the school gates, 1º of September, I didn't enter yet and I already wanted to go back home. I notice someone touching my shoulder

-Earth calling Asha-It's Shara, my best friend since, forever (seventh grade, actually)

She is everything I want to be, she's pretty, with a light beautiful skin and blond hair, extremely extrovert and happy all the time, me, in the other hand, I'm an introver and I don't look that nice, also, Asha? Really? I understand my parents, I come from an african family and we all have african names, but there are beautiful names, like Amara or Nia, but no, Asha.

-Helloooo? Asha are we staying here forever? - I snap from my day dreaming

-Oh sorry, lets go inside- I say, stepping in the path of the high school, I hate it already

Mich is our best friend, she is like Shara, but more, chill, I guess. Her hair is brown in the front and blond behind, we went to dye our hair toghether for her birthday, I (because my hair is so curly) just dyed my fringe blue, honestly, she looks kind of hot like that, but I can't say that, because no one knows about my "secret sexuality" and honestly, I don't want anyone to know yet. I admire Mich because of how brave she is, comming out as pansexual and stop carring about what people think, she's just great. It's not like I had a crush on her, well, maybe I have, but that's not the point

-How was your summer Shara? - Mich asks

-It was great! - I look at Mich "angrily" because she has just freed the beast inside Shara and now we will have to listen to her talking for hours about how she went to Spain for vacations in a five stars hottel with her rich family

-I don't think they care about how you kissed your boyfriend all the summer Shara

-Matthew shut your mouth! – everyone laughs

Matthew is Sharas older brother, he is the captain of the rugby team and the funniest of the group, he's a year older than us, but he's still very nice. Then there is Axel, he thinks he's some kind of "mean boy" and I don't think anyone of the group like him, I think he's OK, I mean, there are worse people, like Monica or Noel. They are the worst, they think they are the cuttest, prettiest couple, but they are just some mean bullies

-Hey Asha- sais Axel putting his hand in my shoulder

-Oh, hey Axel

-How was your summer? – He sais to me smiling, rubbing my shoulder with his finger
