♦7 Minutes in Heaven♦
"Come on, (your name)!" Annabeth laughed. You were both walking down the road in between the cabins at Camp Half-Blood. It was night. You weren't to excited to go to this party, yet if your best friend was going, you would tag along.
"Are you sure, Annabeth? Percy might be one of our best friends, but what is he even doing?" Annabeth laughed again, skipping in front of you. She trusted Percy Jackson with whatever, like me, yet she liked him, so BIG difference! You looked back to your cabin with a sigh. Maybe (your godly parent) would help you through whatever your best friend has gotten you into. But... Annabeth made you promise to come, so there was no turning back. We almost reached Cabin 3, the Poseidon cabin, when you grabbed Annabeth's arm, forcing her to stop.
"What is it?" Annabeth asked, seeing the worry in your (eye color) eyes. You sighed. She should've known.
"Who's gonna be there?" you asked. Annabeth's smile grew bigger.
"Well, let's just say, Connor Stoll is there!" Even in the dark night, Annabeth could see you blush. You've had this giant crush on Connor ever since you met him... a few days after you, Annabeth, Luke, Thalia, and Grover made to camp so many summers ago.
"Are... are you serious?" you gasped. Annabeth knew you wouldn't turn down the chance to hang out with Connor.
"Yep!"
"Then let's go!" You and Annabeth giggled together as you ran down the last few years to Cabin 3. Percy was outside to meet you.
"Hey Annabeth! Hey (Your name)! Glad you could come!" Percy said, happily. You nodded and Annabeth smiled.
"Good to see you too, Seaweed Brain!" Annabeth and you replied in unison. Percy let out one of his laughs, the ones that made you laugh too.
"You sound like Travis and Connor! They're inside, by the way..." Percy gave you a sly look. You blushed when you realized that he knew what you were thinking.
"We're just friends, Percy!" Percy laughed harder, and Annabeth was almost in tears from the conversation. You had a sudden urge to change the subject... what if someone was listening?!
"Uh, who else is here?"
"Well, see for yourself!" Percy replied. He lead you and Annabeth inside the Poseidon cabin. In there was all of your best friends... Nico Di Angelo, Grover Underwood, Tyson, Will Solace, Percy and Annabeth were right next to you, and of course, the Stoll brothers.
"Look who finally wanted to show up!" Percy announced. Will turned the music down (from 30 to 20) and everyone shouted a hello. Then the music went up again. Grover and Will were trying to teach Tyson how to play UNO, without much luck. Nico, as always, was slumped in the corner, but you knew him to well. He was enjoying this. Connor and Travis were also in a corner, sitting on chairs, with a notebook, talking, and scribbling notes. Now this was odd. Connor and Travis loved parties as much, or even more, than the Dionysus kids. You turned away from surveying the seen to talk to Percy and Annabeth, when Connor called you over.
"Hey! (Your name)! I need your help!" Connor needs your help? What? You walk over, trying hard not to blush.
"Connor, Travis! What are you doing?" Connor looks up at you, and you can't help thinking about how perfect he is. His chocolate brown eyes, sandy hair, perfect freckles, and smile marks from laughing so much. Yep... perfect.
"Well, Percy put us in charge of thinking up some fun things we could do, put we can't pick which!" Travis said, forehead crinkled with thought.
"Yeah," Connor agrees, "And if you could pick out what we should do, it would be great!" You nod. Connor scoots over on his chair so you could sit next to him... on his chair. So close. You sit down, and your arms are touching. Connor turns to look at you, and you both kind of freeze, lost in each other.
