Sharpening his razor Sweeney looked up at the sound of his door opening. He watched as his wife walked in with his lunch on a tray. Nellie's stomach was beginning to swell all that bit more now, their baby growing with each passing day. With a tired sigh she placed down his tray and wiped her forehead with the back of her hand. She felt more tired then ever. However she never complained, this baby was all she had ever dreamed off so a little bit of tiredness and nausea was something she would just get used to.

She smiled softly when she felt her husbands arms snake around her waist from behind before resting his chin on her shoulder. "You should rest" he whispered pressing a kiss to her neck as she sighed again before turning in his hold.

"I'm not dying love, just a little queasy this morning" her eyes met his seeing the small concern radiating there. Oh how Sweeney Todd had changed, the once depressed angry man he once was seemed to vanish now. He was far more caring and tentative, he made her the most happiest woman on this earth.

"Shut the shop today" he said.

"Darlin, I can't do that"

"As your husband that's an order" she challenged him with her eyes a small smirk playing about her lips. This caring side to him was enough to make her heart thump against her chest.

"I'm better keepin' busy, but I'll shut earlier...that I promise ya" she said pressing a sweet kiss to his lips before the door to the shop opened again.

Breaking away Sweeney greeted his next customer and watched through the corner of his eye as Eleanore left him to it.

"Hope I wasn't disturbing an intimate moment" the man chucked removing his top hat and seating himself in the barbers chair. Sweeney shook his head with a smile and headed towards the guy "no Sir, my wife was just bringing me lunch" the flap of the white cloth above his head startled the customer slightly as the barber wrapped it around his neck.

"At least you have her in order sir, brining you lunch as they should...my wife's hanging around with a bunch of dollymops, a feminist movement making her hard to keep in line if you get my meaning" he chuckled lifting his chin up as the barber lathered up his cheeks with shaving cream.

Sweeney remind silent not liking to comment but humoured him with a smile and a nod.

"Bloody women eh? In my fathers day they would be lucky to even have a so called thought, as he used to say they were put on this earth to serve us men, keep their mouths shut and their legs open" the man chuckled to Sweeney distaste.

This customer was setting his teeth on edge. Speaking of women like whores was enough for his mind to cloud wondering what colour his blood would look like seeping down the white cloth. He hoped for a better world for his Johanna and new baby, for if this was the way they were brought up he would rather not have them here in such a cruel world.

"But like I say Mr Todd you seem to have your woman in line" he continued to which Sweeney began to shave the man's face the desire to cut his throat becoming more and more appealing with every word this man said.

"Shes a good woman" was all he could mutter trying to keep calm and keep his promise to Nellie that he would no longer murder.

"By the looks of her a good fuck too eh Mr Todd" the man laughed cashing Sweeney to cut him slightly making the man flinch. "Jesus man!" He snapped lifting his fingertips to the small cut.

"I am sorry sir, must of slipped" Sweeney remarked with bloodlust clouding his vision. The bubbling sensation of death swarmed through his veins, the need to slit this bastards throat had Sweeneys teeth on edge. He was trying to restrain yet the moment was to tempting.
