Part 19: To Be A First Mate...

(Zoro wakes up from his slumber and touches the ground)

He feels the air hit his face as his eyes weren't fully open...

He takes a deep breath and analyzes his surroundings...

"Alright...I got out"

Zoro finds himself back at the battlefield infront of the Marine battleship that had previously captured him and Kyyu...He seemingly managed to escape...

"I don't know how that lady's gonna hold up but I need to head back to Luffy"

Zoro stands up and starts limping forward...

"I shouldn't have used too much of my haki on those Marines..."

Zoro holds his right arm as he continues limping forward...

He grits his teeth and looks forward annoyed...

"Honestly that Samurai has an unwavering ambition...It took her to a level of just pure flow state where she kept up with my King Of Hell..."

Zoro touches his silk hair as he feels for any bruises and cuts...

"I'm all good..."

He limps across the hundreds of pirates that are still fighting, he raises his head seeing the crystal cave at the center...

"Look Roronoa Zoro is here, let's kill him!"

Random flock of pirates raise their swords and charge at Zoro...

*bling*

*conquerors haki eminates*

The pirates drop to the ground as Zoro walks on, focused on reaching the cave...

"But I have to admit...She really impressed me with her ambition..."

Zoro smiles as his earrings jingle...

"As much as she was strong, she can't break through my tough defense, Im gonna become the greatest swordsman and surpass...Him..."

Zoro walks up a hill that's covering the moonlight, he takes a few steps and it's steepness begins to waver...

He looks at his waist and grabs his bandana...

"The treasure is within our sites, I must continue fighting so Luffy can reach the treasure..."

Zoro applies his bandana feeling it cover his top eyelids...The hill's shade slowly travels down his body as he reaches higher up...

The moonlight hits his face hard as he sees the last remaining strong opponents stand in a circle...

You cross your arms with Jolter standing next to you as her hair slowly billows, and Hyoco holding his knobstick still appearing in his sulong form...

Zoro looks down the hill with pride, showing a sense of authority...

He slowly gallops down the hill approaching Luffy and Nami who are standing resolute...

He feels as if everyone within that circle heard his footsteps in that silence...

He stops his movement as he was standing next to Luffy, He faces forward observing the circle...

Luffy talks to Zoro as he had his eyes on you...

"Good you're back with us, Zoro..."

Zoro keeps looking forward...
