Described as a neo-soul track, Forbidden flows effortlessly through staccato vocals, spoken lines of dialogue, and impressive falsettos. It's about falling for someone you should not, an forbidden love. The MV had a dark and sinister vibe.

It is a dance-pop song with uplifting lyrics of not giving up, feeling sad and distraught cause your love life isn't going as planned and instead trying to love yourself more

A disco pop song about not having any hard feelings and instead moving on. The lyrics show that the couple has made amends are no more at war with each other.
Sarang played both the male and female roles for the mv for No More Hard Feelings. She wanted to portray that it wasn't a fight between a couple but rather a fight with herself. She was fighting her feelings all this time,and finally she made peace with herself.

It is a dance-pop song with trap and heavy-synths elements about owning upto one's decisions and how whatever transpired between the two people wasn't a mistake on her part at all.
