The two pull away, breathing a bit heavily after their deep and passionate kiss. Both of them feel so much desire and passion for each other and Rafe doesn't want the moment to end. He continues to look at y/n with loving eyes. She has taken his breath away and has stolen his heart in this moment, and he looks at her as if she is the most beautiful girl in the world. He still has his arms wrapped around her and he holds her closely, enjoying her warmth and the feeling of her body against him.
"You kiss pretty well for a kook," Y/n says with a playful tone.
"You kiss pretty well for a Pogue." Rafe gives her a sly grin and a playful wink. He is still holding onto her closely, and his hands remain wrapped tightly around her hips. " You know... I think I'm starting to like you..." he whispers softly.
"I think I'm starting to like you too... no matter how much I shouldn't, i am."
Rafe looks at her with surprise, but also with happiness. He feels his heart beating fast and he can feel the rush of excitement and joy in this moment. He wants to kiss her again, but he holds back for the moment. He smiles at her lovingly and continues to hold her closely in his arms. "I don't care if I'm a kook and if you're a Pogue. All that matters right now is that we're together." he says softly.
Y/n smiles in response. Rafe looks deep into her eyes with affection and passion. He loves to see her smile and he is feeling so happy at this moment. He kisses her cheek gently and pulls her even closer into his embrace. "I'm really thankful that you were here to patch me up..." he says gently, still holding her tightly.
2 months later,.........
Two months have passed and Rafe and y/n have become a couple. They have spent numerous nights together as well as many other afternoons and evenings. They haven't told many people about their relationship, mainly keeping it between themselves, but it seems like they can't keep it a secret forever. Eventually a Pogue or a Kook will find out about their romance and Rafe and y/n will have to reveal their secret. The two are walking together by the beach, holding hands and enjoying the scenery. They are both still very much in love and are enjoying their time together.
