Rafe and y/n find themselves together in the Afterlife. They are both spirits, looking over the vast expanse of the sea and the ocean. Y/n looks up at him and she is smiling sweetly.

Rafe stares out at the ocean, listening to y/n's words and feeling the peace and love that she brings him. He is filled with gratitude for her love and he is thankful that they can still be together after their lives on Earth. Y/n takes his hand and she leads him into the bright and peaceful light. She is helping him move on, helping him to find peace and forgiveness for himself.
