WHILE EVERYONE DECIDED TO GO HOME, The Meeks-Martin twins invited Lennon to stay for s bit.
Wes was the last to leave, as he was borrowing some running shoes from Chad.
Seeing him off at the door, Lenny engulfed him into a hug. She wrapped her arms around Wes' tall frame, him doing the same in return.
Ruffling his hair, she looked at him in full seriousness. "Stay safe, okay? Don't run in the dark, keep your taser and just-- stay safe."
Laughing at her antics, he slightly pushed her teasingly. "I knew you cared about me." he joked.
Rolling her eyes, she waved him goodbye before making her way back into the living room. She rested her head on Chad's lap and stared up at the ceiling.
"What's on your mind, Lenny?" He asked in curiosity.
She simply shrugged. " I'm-- not sure actually. Just got a funny feeling."
He rubbed her arm in comfort, his thumb tracing gentle patterns. " I'm sure everything is okay. I'll even walk you home." He grinned.
In gratitude, she smiled up at him. The two stayed their in the comfortable silence, looking at eachother.
Chad didn't fail to notice Lennon's eyes finding interest on his lips and vice versa. The urge to lean in was strong.
The blonde sat on her knees, still facing Chad. Their deep breaths were the only thing they could hear.
"Lenny?" Chad whispered softly.
"mhm?"
"Can i.. kiss you?" he asked gently, his eyes still locked on her lips before coming to meet her eyes.
Nodding her head, both teens leaned in, finally connecting their lips. It was soft, but full of passion. Lenny placed one of her hands on the back of his neck, while the other was on his chest.
Needing to breath, the pair pulled away, eyes still locked. After a moment, the both began to laugh in awe.
"Can i do it again?" Chad asked, more confident.
" Thought you would never ask." Lenny exclaimed, before the duo were back at it again, except it was more passionate.
Chad guided Lennon over his lap so she was straddling him. His hands found her waist and desperately tried to pull her closer.
The pair failed to notice Mindy walking in the room. "Holy shit!" she yelled, dropping the Stab dvd on the ground, which scared the fuck out of the duo.
Lennon fell backwards his lap, landing on the floor. It was silent between the three before all of them let out huge cackles. Everything with Ghostface seemed to disappear, forgetting about their problems.
Little did Lenny know, her life was about to be shredded to pieces.

Like Chad promised, he took it upon himself to walk Lennon home. They had their hands interlocked. She would go as fsr to say this was the best day ever. She kissed the guy she was in love with.
Turning the corner, sirens could be heard. Tape could be seen. And officers were running about.
"That looks like your house.." Chad slowly stated.
Lennon held in a breath, looking up at Chad, before sprinting forward. She noticed Sam talking to an officer.
"W- What about her daughter. Lennon- her name is Lenn-" Sam was cut off by the calls of said girl.
"Sam- whats..." Lenny felt her heart collapse when she saw the bodybag by her front door. Slightly losing her balance, she clung to the Carpenter girl.
"S-Sam.. who is that?" She stuttered, locking eyes with the older girl. Lenny didn't fail to see the tear fall from her eye. "Im so sorry, Lenny.."
With those words, Lennon's world fell apart. She wasn't ashamed to sob and she wasn't embarrassed to fall apart. Sam fell to the floor with the blonde, rocking the girl back and forth, which was the only comfort she could possibly give. It took Sam back to the times she would do this to get Lenny to sleep when she had a nightmare, but now, this was the nightmare.
Chad stood back, rubbing his face and hiding his tears. He pulled out his phone, dialling anyone he could to tell them the news.
Sam didn't know how long she sat there, comforting the young blonde but it had been coming up to an hour.
Lennon's tears had came to a halt, and now she was just sat there, steadying her breath.
Lennon looked up again, meaning to make contact with the house but instead saw the officers from the hospital.
"Um- Sam." She croaked out. Her lips were dry and her throat was sore.
"mhm? Yeah, Lenny?" She whispered softly. Lennon simply pointed towards the officers, Sam immediately know what she was on about.
Chad walked over, helping both girls off the ground. Without hesitation, he pulled Lennon into his embrace and whispered soothing reassurance. All they needed was each other at this time. With Chad's help, Lenny could get through this. She would get through this.
