Everyone in the classroom was pretty much doing their own thing. People was talking to eachother in their friend groups. The teacher suddenly walked in.
"OKAY EVERYONE! To your seats!"
The teacher shouted and everyone flew to their seats in less than a second.
"Alright, so we have a new student who will be joining here. Please make her feel welcome." After the teacher announced, a girl with long pastel hair entered the room. She looked three years older than me and was wearing a hood to cover her face.
"Uh, sweetie.. mind taking your hood off and introducing yourself to the rest of the class?"
The teacher asked with reassurance, as the girl took off her hood. As soon as she did that, some students at the back were giggling and whispering.
"Um... so.. i-i'm Hazel. It's... nice to meet you all." Hazel, huh... that was her name. She was stuttering a bit. This had my thinking she has really bad anxiety. I felt bad. Some more students were giggling too.

By now, almost the whole class was laughing and giggling. Some of them even said insults. Her eyes went watery and she started crying. Her tears fell to the floor as she ran out the classroom.
"Hazel, honey! Wait! Great... Yimika, mind going after her?"
I nodded as I got out my seat and ran outside. I shouted her name.
"Hazel, wait!! C-Come back!" Some sweat was starting to form as I kept running.
